If they had negative times 3 billion that's how bad this place is Peter Tudor screwed my message up…read moreso bad I ended up having to pay out of pocket when I have insurance that covers all costs with no copay for my medication then there was a mix up so he accused me of seeing him and another provider on the side which was not the case I immediately knew what happened I told the receptionist which by the way she is flat out a complete liar and just confirm that I was right about what happened I called the pharmacy just to check and yes I was correct so I call back to tell them that I was in fact correct that's exactly what happened so when I called today to tell him the current state of things from the adjustment in my 1 medication his receptionist says oh well there's a note in your file that says as of 6/16/2026 he discharged you as his patient I said why I'm not the one that did anything wrong so she says I'll go talk to him but I cant guarantee he'll see you again like he's special so I thought to myself and said fuck this I'll find someone else that can do med management via telahealth and I found 1 within less than 20 min she takes my insurance she had open spots to accommodate for new patients and got all my intake forms filled out with me over the phone I emailed her a copy of my insurance card my ID card front and back my emergency contact name and number and my home address and my 1st appointment is July 15th at pm so then I called this place but of course they didn't answer so I left them let's just say a very heavily worded message and that I'd already found a new provider whose probably a whole hell of alot more competent than Peter ever was and that they also probably don't have a receptionist who is a fucking pathological liar and then I said if your business burned to the tomorrow I'd sir across the street and die laughing. To drop me as a patient when I have done NOTHING WRONG, HE DID yea that was it for me. Do what you want but you've been warned

Fantastic medical facility and in fact one of the most underrated in the whole country. Quite possibly the best in the plains and across the Midwest. I'm good friends with one of the top people here who just actually transferred to California. I've been in here number of times and I think it's a great facility. Their overnight staff is awful to people. The first administration lady who answered got annoyed…read morewith me and said "omg are you serious" just because I asked her to repeat a number to me since she said it too fast and I didn't even have anything to write it down yet. I then had a conversation with a night CHARGE nurse who refused to give me their name and told me to call tomorrow because they didn't want to write my name and number down. I understand they couldn't confirm or deny if my friend was there because I work in healthcare but she was super rude to me and kept telling me she's not taking my information or telling me her name. She then hung up on me when I was still talking. All I wanted was for her to take my number to give to my friend because he doesn't have it and he's not allowed to use his phone. I said to her "I know you can't tell me if he's there but you can still take my information". I repeated that about 5 times and she kept dismissing me and said they aren't going to wake him up. So at that point you are confirming he's there and still broke hippa. I also told her she doesn't need to wake him up to take my information and they could pass it along tomorrow. Lastly, I called last night as well and the guy confirmed he was there already and told me he'd pass my call along but he never did, that's why I called back. Overall terrible experience especially with the supposed CHARGE NURSE.

He was recommended by a friend who is also a physician. I actually had an appointment scheduled with him when we met during a mediation class. The office staff is friendly and hardworking. The office is different, they had a very diverse clientele which includes working professionals, HIV patients, and what appears to be the homeless. But what is so great is, they treat everyone the same. It's hard to get in but they do have several "walk in" clinics.
