We waited over an hour, so I went to the nurses station where they are all talking to each other (lights for help were on for several rooms). When the same staff member arrived, she YELLED at both my mother & her roommate for not calling sooner. Both ladies were cold from wet diapers, wet clothes and wet bedding. I complained at the office about this and her not getting daily PT (the reason mom was there). Next day, they released my mother who could not even use a walker to the bathroom. Kaiser said it was the only placement available. Shame on Kaiser for not offering better options. Shame on Delta View Post Acute (which has changed their name several times). Why are you still in business? This is not how to treat people in need!

That made visits from my husband easier on him, at least. I had a roommate who snored loudly, watched loud TV all night, even when asleep, it seemed, and there was nothing that anyone could do. I get that. The actual rehab staff was great; they really did help me to literally get back on my feet. Most of the nurses, LPN and CNAs were good, kind, caring, and patient. But a few bad apples, as they say. The TWO who, when called to help with a bedpan overnight, said, just pee in your diaper appalled me. It could take forever to get someone to answer a call button, and they let you know that, pretty much, they would not respond to buttons during meal times. Not sure if the placement coordinator from Kaiser was right, but I would not choose to go there again.

Doctors are not in the office on a daily basis. My doctor is only in on Thursdays. It took 3…read more months to get a Wellness appointment. During the appointment, the doctor sits across the room and most of the 15 minutes is spent with the doctor fooling around with the computer app and was more concerned with getting a POLST form filled out. She ordered lab work based on my meds. I asked for a urine test--she said they are no longer automatically part of the Wellness exam--I requested the test. My lab results had some issues and they were not properly addressed by the doctor. I called the office, wanting to talk to the doctor, but she does not take phone calls so the front desk gave me a phone appointment with the PA. The PA said I must talk to the Dr. who ordered the lab work. So, now, I have to wait another month to talk with the Dr. At least the PA did order the additional lab work. Prior to this experience, there have been issues with meds and referrals. I guess if you have no health issues, this type of care would work for you.

I called to establish care and spoke with Sela who scheduled me an appointment for March 19th. I let her know that my insurance was a JMPN HMO plan and that I was going to call my insurance to have them post date the change of PCP for 3/1/24 since I'm currently under the care of another physician and cannot NOT have a PCP in the interim. She said that I needed to call and do that first before she could schedule me (why she scheduled me already before verifying is beyond me) she then said that the insurance needed to send them a letter with the reference number. I asked to speak with the office manager at that point and she said she would have her call me back. I then received a call from Amanda who was so rude. She said that it's her office policy that they cannot schedule until the PCP is changed on the card, even though Sela said that the insurance can post date it. She said that it's in the best info the office to do it that way. What about what's in the best interest of the patient?!! What horrible patient care. So a patient can't have a PCP while they wait a month if they have HMO insurance if you want to schedule with them. How does that even make sense. And like I said, I'm currently under the care of a physician for a medical condition and cannot be without a PCP for a month. She then said that her doctor would not treat my medical condition and that their office doesn't agree with disability. She says her doctors will only sign for disability for 2 weeks and that's it. Hmm for someone who is not a physician she was quick to diagnose and tell me what treatment I needed. I cannot believe that the doctor would refuse a medical necessity and I cannot believe that they have such a rude office manager. She also says that she's the manager so she makes the office rules and she made that policy. I asked to speak with the doctor and she said that she wouldn't take my call and that I could email. She then said "I actually don't think I even want to give you her email." So unprofessional. She then said "I'm going to hang up now because we won't be able to have you as a patient." Wow, just wow! I dodged a bullet for sure. If an office manager can be this unprofessional and the doctor allows it, that speaks volumes!!!

This facility is a clinic not a hospital so we can only get limited care. There's no optometrists…read more(you'd have to go somewhere else). I think specialty care has to be conducted elsewhere. But you can get to see practitioners and get vaccinated here. I'm really annoyed at this clinic. I'm tired of these clerks/staff (whoever is slotting appointments) rescheduling our appointments without our knowledge. The fact that they call the day before to confirm your appointment then cancels it is unacceptable. The person at the desk stated that the tech that changed my appointment said "I came in to change it which makes me laugh. I never changed it. She confused us with patient. I wouldn't be so upset except that this is not the first time that this has happened. I'm just glad another patient was nice enough to give us her appointment slot. I hope this is the last time this happens. The quality of customer service when it comes to scheduling is really mediocre and needs improvement. However. To check in you have to ring a doorbell and a nurse will let you in first taking your temperature. A few minutes later a nurse will come in and take you across the hall where the patients rooms are. They will do the regular procedure to checking your blood pressure and weight all that good stuff lol. They will have you wait for the doctor once the doctor will come in and check you out and see what your concerns are. If you need bloodwork they will refer you to a laboratory up the street! I can't believe that I am writing this review, because I was having such a wonderful time with my…read moretherapist Randy. We laughed and told stories and I really enjoyed the process. However because they are such short staff you end up doing your therapy unsupervised so I believe this was the downfall. I was asked to do these side steps and idk crab walks from one end of the walkway to the other, up and back two times. I did the crab walks they where fine but switching to the side steps I was feeling tightening in my lower back on my left injured knee side. It wasn't too bad at the time so I finished my therapy with ice and stem on my knee. I live 7 min away, by the time I reached my door I was in so much pain on my lower back closer to my sciatica nerve and lower back left side pain. Only thing I could do was lay on my stomach in agony. I called Kaiser and made an apt but the pain was getting so bad that I went to Kaiser's ER. They gave me a shot, some muscle relaxer and Motrin and sent me home. I called Randy in Friday to see if he could fit me in, he said sure come in. Now I had been taking meds so I thought I heard 11:40 but he said 10:40, so when I got there he had left. I could only have heat and stem on my back and they refused to treat me because the therapist coming in was not my mine so he couldn't treat me. I was in bed for the next 2 days with no change so I made a phone Apt they gave me stronger meds and some steroids to lessen the irritation of my nerve. So now I go in for my apt on Tues with Randy he says nothing about my back and sets me up like a normal day. I let him put on the heat and stem. Then I as him so are we not going to talk about my back at all not how am I what happened how are you feeling today. Zero!! Then he says I can give you ice and heat but in order to treat that area you have to ask your ex to include that body part. I think that's crappy. I did this on your watch you should tell someone to include this not me. I didn't do this to myself. I just wish you would have sympathized with my pain and asked how I was doing. That's great bedside manor Randy. But I got what I got so I canceled the rest of my treatment with you and am taking my business else where. Good luck
