On a human level, this company is a disaster. Their customer service is downright arrogant--they're unreachable, stop replying, and seem to rely on bots rather than actual people. The French brand may appear polished on the outside, but it lacks genuine quality. Their sizing is blatantly discriminatory--a complete no-go for more slender individuals who aren't tall.
After making an extremely expensive purchase for an important event, I can confidently say that they genuinely do not care about their customers--and care even less about their employees. I was confirmed in several shops that many customers had the same problems. So be careful! it's a mass-produced clothing line sold at three times the price, with customer service reminiscent of Ryanair. They don't even do the effort to listen to your remarks about some serious problems about the quality of their clothes.
Their supposed commitment to reducing their ecological footprint is mostly greenwashing and when it comes to workers' rights, Ba&sh is a disaster. And for those who are hoping to support brands that have stopped exploiting animals: Ba&sh is far from where they claim to be!!
