The owner acknowledged the seriousness of the incident, apologized, and confirmed corrective action and company-wide training would take place. Recently, I was shocked to learn that the same inspector was assigned to one of my listings -- despite the office knowing in advance that I would be required to attend the inspection to provide access. When I contacted the office, I was told there was a note in their system preventing him from attending inspections where I represent the buyer -- but no restriction if I represent the seller. That distinction is unacceptable. My original complaint was about personal safety and professional conduct, not about which side of a transaction I'm on. Scheduling him at a property where I was required to be present reflects either a serious internal breakdown or a failure to take my original complaint as seriously as stated. As a real estate professional, safety and accountability matter. I am sharing this so other agents can make informed decisions.

The pealing paint was exposed in several areas so should have been observed and noted in his report and was not. Also, we have 9 triple pain windows that are fogged and need to be replaced. The former owners kept the blinds down to obscure this issue. Its a lot of windows and will be very expensive to replace : ( The needed repairs may well cost $20,000 to $30,000 which is a lot plus the time to work with vendors to complete these needed repairs
