I had considered the Hat Trick, which included bacon, hot dogs, and ground beef, but in the end, I stuck with the classic, but added extra cheese curds. I loved the crunchy and tender fries. However, I would have preferred a bolder sauce and melted cheese curds. IMO, the best poutines have cheese layered so there is a cheese pull, like in a good French onion soup, a mozzarella stick, or pizza. My sister's Stroganoff poutine was interesting and included thinly sliced steak, mushrooms, onions, two types of cheese, and a cream sauce. We both ordered the smaller size, but I was just not able to finish - so be sure to bring your appetite. We both liked our server, who ably tended to all the tables. Would have been better probably on the bagel as the sandwich bread didn't quite hold well together with all the fixings in it. Overall a place I would recommend.
