Jason was responsive and willing to go into great detail about the best vehicle for my needs, detailed pricing and availability, etc. His pricing quote was all inclusive and that made it easy to understand my actual final cost. He also explained their very straightforward process for extending a booking by an additional hour... something which, as it turns out, I needed. Our driver, Sergey, was WONDERFUL... friendly, courteous, professional, and skilled at maneuvering that giant car through Manhattan traffic while keeping the ride incredibly comfortable. He was on time, available on a moment's notice when we needed him for the "next stop", and didn't bat an eyelash when we requested that he extend the evening rental an additional hour. The car was clean, well maintained, and beautiful. Every single one of our guests commented on the quality of the limousine service and the magic it brought to our special day. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and did I mention: Jason's quote was one of the two lowest I received! If and when I need limousine service in New York City in the future, NYC Signature Limo will be my first choice. Period.
