No greeting - and we had to seek them out to pose a question on a piece that Mrs G had some interest in. Really it seemed like they didn't want to do any business - and they didn't!! If you see something you really want in the window check them out, but be ready to work to get what you want :). A bit strange really.....

They only source diamonds that come from the best polishers but will find you exactly what you want to fit whatever budget you have. We were thrilled with their level of service, expertise and value. The designs they offer on the website are only a taste: they will make anything you want to your own specifications with a full silver / cz mockup if you want it. You will get far better value and quality than on the high street here, and you will be able to examine your own diamond under the microscope to see those hearts and arrows. If they haven't got what you want they will order it, if a ring needs to be sized they will gladly do it and they do sell quality stock. They will also keep you informed of progress and delivery times. They do give that personal service so lacking with the chain stores and they have great knowledge of everything they sell.
