She kept checking the time and said that she had another appointment soon. Eventually she gave up and asked me if I liked it. Me being 17 and not wanting to be rude, I said yes. She proceeded to do my makeup (which was $50 plus more for false lashes), did not match my skin tone, blend into my hairline, apply any highlight/lipstick/contour and here's the real kicker: told me to apply my own mascara at home. I even tipped this stylist 20% spending $118 to receive something that I could have done myself at home. I am attaching what I showed her for reference photos and what I actually got. I can't tell you how the massage was as I screwed up and mapped out the location wrong when booking , I thought this place was only an hour away and but was actually an hour and 45 minutes away. I called as soon as I got on the road at 1:30 for my 3 pm appointment. I had to leave a message and my call was returned at 2:30. I was going to be approximately 15 minutes late but the receptionist would not allow me to be late and canceled the massage. I was hoping they would allow me to just take away from the time , but it was a hard no. Thankfully she waived the cancel fee. I really appreciate the understanding here. The facial. Main reason for this not so good review. The person doing my facial was great. But they use a machine with the entire process. The machine had nothing but issues and I question if I received my entire "booster" as it wasn't applying the serum. It was a $150 facial at best. 2nd reason. If you want to use any of the facilities do not allow them to book you for a 4pm. They turn everything off. I was 5 minutes into my steam and then nothing. Really dampened the experience. If you come here, stay way from the $300 facial. You'll feel completely ripped off.

this "medical center" is not very reliable, professional, or clean. They will say they will do…read moreanything to help you with your problems but then they give up in the end. I had the laser liposuction last year and it was a horrible botched job. I could tell the very next day something was not right. My skin was extremely dimpled and did not fix any of the problem areas, it actually made them worse and puffy in spots that shouldn't have been. She tried fixing it with skin tightening treatments which I found out from true plastic surgeons will not fix anything. On top of that she was going to charge me for the treatments! But then had a "change of heart" and didn't charge me. After the one year mark of my legs still looking like someone just sucked out fat from certain areas and left the rest I asked if there was anything else she could do and she told me no. I asked for my money back and she laughed in my face and told me I would then have to pay for the skin tightening treatments she "gave" to me. I had multiple members of her staff tell me that my legs were not suppose to look like that and I needed to make sure she fixed it right. Needless to say I ended up having to get regular liposuction and fat grafting to fix the problem. The day after true liposuction I can already tell a difference. Please please do not trust her. I feel like she is very scatter brained and has not been technically trained well in a lot of the treatments she provides

I walked in greeted by Annie and I have to say I'm so happyI came in. I now have a place for my spa time whenever I come up to the Casino and visiting my son. All the staff were friendly and fun.
