I can tell Anu really cares about her clients and about providing the best treatment. For someone like me, an infrequent user of clinical aesthetic treatments, it's so reassuring to be treated by someone as knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional as Anu. The staff are wonderful too, and the practice is all state-of-the-art equipment. My only other experience with clinical aesthetic treatment was 20 years ago on the other side of the country for hair removal, and it's clear the technology has come a long way. Much less stinging and considerably faster today. Anu is a total pro.

I've gotten good treatments here. The problem is the front desk staff's lack of knowledge and…read moreconsistency. Every time I deal with them, I have to anticipate problems or advocate for myself. I bought a package and planned out what I treatments I would get over the course of six months, and the front desk lost the plan...twice. Prescriptions were sent to the wrong address. I once emailed with a question about extending my plan and never heard back, only to be told *I* made the mistake not knowing that the person I emailed had left the company. (I was also told that there was no way for them to know that I had emailed and there's no system for forwarding emails sent to employees who have left, which is utter B.S.) Other times I've called and tried to get help on something basic, only to get a "we won't do that " from the front desk -- I had to go to management for something that should have been an immediate "sure," especially for someone who had shelled out thousands of dollars for a "membership." Front desk staff has also shamed me for not doing all of my treatments 1x/mo (my life was total chaos -- major move, death in the family, job upheaval) and basically said I'd compromised all of my treatments by not doing them once a month. (It seems to have gotten better, but for awhile, the attitude from the front desk was really, really bad. Distinctly unhelpful and borderline snarky.) Then there was the time I went for one treatment and only realized after they'd pulled the machine up that they'd pulled the wrong machine -- they hadn't looked at my treatment plan. Then once I had a really painful treatment, only to be told AFTER the fact that I should have been given the stronger numbing cream, not the weak numbing cream. (Why have two? Why not just give everyone the strong one?) And once when I got botox, I specifically asked that the injector do it the way the previous injector there had done it (I didn't want too much botox), but there were no records or notes on what had been done before, and the new injector shot me up with far more botox than I needed or wanted. So, fine for the treatments themselves, but the place is far from a well-oiled machine in terms of management. You have to be super on top of them and expect them to fail. You have to ask them to keep records and look up records. You have to ask them explicitly to tell you how to prepare for treatments -- they'll just space on telling you. I get the sense that even the women doing the treatments know that the front desk/admin is hopeless.

After spending 5,000 dollars I saw little to no change in my upper/lower stomach, waist and bra hang over area. Everyone there was very nice, the facility was clean and nicely decorated but that was not what I was spending my money on. The sales woman told me when I was done with the treatments she would send me my before and after photo's but she never sent them. That was the quickest money down the drain I ever spent. The whole experience was very disappointing. Back to reality with exercise and diet, I knew it was too good to be true!

I've been feeling super anxious about some stubborn fat that would NOT budge after a year and a half of dieting. Like any proper bride-to-be, I've had multiple meltdowns about my weight and how I look in my dress. ;) I was introduced to Sculptology by a friend, and I am SOOOOO glad. I can't even begin to say how amazing this place is. Nothing would do it justice!! From the moment I walked into their chic, modern office I was greeted by the absolute loveliest team I've ever met. They made me feel so comfortable and celebrated every step of the way. I've never had any cosmetic procedure before, so I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away at how encouraging and body-positive the entire experience was. A few things that really stood out: - They are absolute ARTISTS with CoolSculpting. While other places offer the service, but I don't know of any others that have their level of experience. They were able to get really precise with exactly what I needed and how to do it as efficiently as possible. There's a subtlety to their work that goes above and beyond. I felt like they really got what I wanted, understood my body type, and knew exactly what to do to get me there. - It was surprisingly comfortable. I'm a total baby about cold sensations, and wasn't sure what to expect. I was so cozy in my plush blanket, sipping warm tea, and watching Netflix on their big screen in my private room that I actually sometimes forgot I was even getting a treatment! - I felt so relaxed and encouraged that it was like a day at the spa... but better, because I'll come out of it with less fat. ;) - Their office is really lovely! They have such a clean, peaceful atmosphere there. I want to come back when I'm having a stressful day just to chill out, lol! I honestly felt so pampered the whole time, it was a really wonderful experience. It's been 4 weeks since my first round (I had 2 total), and I'm already seeing some significant results. I wore my first crop top in almost 2 years recently, which was a huge deal for me. I've been so uncomfortable with my stubborn fat, and seeing it start to go away has been HUGE for me emotionally... especially since I'm getting marred in 5 weeks!! If you've struggled with the pain of a "problem area" this is SO worth it. Do it. My body image issues have been something I struggled with my whole life, and seeing myself transform has been a very meaningful experience. On top of that, the Sculptology team is SO celebratory of every win - the extra love and support before my wedding is just incredible. These guys don't just perform a service. This is where their hearts are - they really care and it shows. I have no doubt that you will absolutely love your experience and look back on it fondly, which is more than I can say for ANY other way I have tried to get rid of excess fat. (I have developed a deep dislike of treadmills during my weight loss journey, hahaha.) You don't have to be a millionaire to get it either (I'm sure not) - they really work with you to figure out the best options for your unique needs. They work with people of every age, gender, and background. Next, I'm going to try out their CoolTone services to really tone up my muscles and build my strength now that I'm losing fat! :D Oh and -- my wedding dress FINALLY zips up and looks good!!

Her patience and honesty on the enhancement recommendations coincides to my preference on natural beauty as a priority. My most recent treatment with Edrose was micro-needling + exosome. I purchased a package for 3 sessions, but after just ONE treatment, I woke up with my skin looking different. I also want to mention the office is sooooo beautiful and clean. The entire staff are super adorable, extremely helpful and accommodating! I'm always greeted with a smile and they're always so patient with me, especially on how often I bombard them with questions on different types of services and treatments, LOL.
