The first scheduled move I was not told until 30 mins before they…read morewere meant to arrive they weren't coming due to an injured staff member - when I asked why they do not have back ups, the receptionist said 'it's the weekend and people have lives'. All other movers I contacted were fully booked so regrettably I had to reschedule with them for a few days later. This time, they were 3 hours late. During the move one of my items was damaged. I spoke to the owner, Neil, at the time it happened and he said they would pay for it to be repaired. After a week of not hearing anything back, chasing up the insurance forms and endless phone calls, again with Neil saying he would sort it, I was told that they would transfer me the cost, and book in the repair - I still have not heard back. I am now taking this matter to VCAT and reading the below feedback it seems like it is a reoccurring theme with this company. The prices may seem cheap, but will cost you more in the long run! Save yourself the stress and AVOID.

My monthly rent increased by $50 earlier this year, and just recently received another email advising g they again, were increasing my monthly fee by nearly $50. I questioned the price hikes to deaf ears. Once I advised I was terminating my storage due to finding cheaper alternatives, I was offered a $60 per month th reduction if I moved my unit out of premium access. Too little too late for me. But I did request my last week of rent be excused due to their delayed responses and acknowledgement that I had been overpaying for years. They denied my request.
