Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. Highly recommend you read the other unfavorable reviews.

Tyler has been amazing in his work. He has been out twice now to investigate our system and get it working tip top. Both times he's found the issue, fixed the problem and then walked me through what he did, how he did it and how to work the system. Coming from New England this has been great because we don't have a tone of sprinklers up in Maine so having it broken down Barney style was great for me. Last time Tyler came out he addressed a couple of issues that were just slight inconveniences but he fixed them properly and the system works amazing. Steadfast informed us the technician was on his way, which was appreciated. He tested the sprinklers and marked those with issues and then gave us an estimate for the work. The technician worked late and when finished, explained the control box and shut off for the water. The technician did all that was needed to renew our sprinkler system.
