When I got home I discovered that I had a pack of TWO Vuse refills. Pat told me to bring the box to show that. When I did she asked for the receipt which I didn't have.(I shop at the store 2-3 times a week for years). She got very angry,screaming in my face,calling me a LIAR and accusing me of trying to rip the store off. When I said that I was the one being ripped off she said I could leave or she would throw me out physically. I am on a fixed income and that $13 is a lot. So much for the customer is always right.
