Dr. Dankoski returned my call personally and went over my records with me from 16 (!!) years ago. I haven't seen this doctor since moving to Chicago almost a decade ago and he still spent 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining the information to pass along to my current dentist and advising me on what needs to be corrected. I was struck by his kindness and willingness to assist me. Thank you so much Dr. Dankoski! If you're in St. Louis/Kirkwood I can't recommend enough!

I've almost always been able to make appointments within my time frames and if they dont have any appts, they will call you if someone cancels to get you in! They also call to see if you want to come in earlier for your appts if they are moving fast or have cancellations that day. I love that!! This is no fancy chandeliered, trendy office, but its nice, clean and comfortable. Best part: they dont hassle and pester you for extra services. He doesnt put on the salesman hat of so many dental practices today. I also have tons of old dental work and over the past 25 yrs, other dentists have tried relentlessly to get me to remove old molar fillings and replace for no reason other than the "look". I never felt this pressure from Dr. D. He asked me if any were painful or bothering me, explained that if I wanted to get them replaced someday i could, and moved on. He is quick and matter of fact, yet is caring and answers questions graciously. He also sometimes answers the phone when you call! The hygienists here are professional and thorough. I really appreciated the receptionist they had for years, she was welcoming and funny, but the person in that seat last time was... definitely not that..lol. well, only time will tell...

From the moment I scheduled on the phone (they got me in within 2 days), to the waiting room (I waited 10 min max), to the dentist and pictures, I was completely impressed. The dentist (the youngest guy) listened to everything I had to say, joked with me and reassured me they'd figure out the problem. Coming from a "traditional x-ray" place, I was amazed at the technology here with digital images of my mouth that I COULD SEE and the 3D imaging of my entire mouth that he let me look at. The hygienist was also very nice although she didn't need to do much in my case. The dentist poked and prodded to help pinpoint the problem. In the end, I left pissed at my previous dentist as I now need a root canal (gasp! My first dental work in 30 years!) Now, at one point in my life my dad made me wear a mouthpiece to protect my teeth during everything. They were the most prized family possession: all those trips to the ortho, turns of the key to widen the jaw, retainer after retainer. A ROOT CANAL on the family treasure?! I was terrified despite being a regular and generally loving going to the dentist. The day of the procedure he reassured me of my feelings, "yep, they are no fun," and proceeded to start. As far as root canals go, I think this one went pretty well. They seemed very thorough and knowledgeable on the RC. The molar took a little over 2 hours, including getting the final crown (which they make at the location during the procedure). Total cost before insurance was about $2k. I immediately made an appointment for my next cleaning and gave a big finger to the previous dentist!

Never seen a dentist's office offer that before which is awesome. Most of all the quality of care is excellent. My dentist, Dr. Greene, took the time to explain to me the treatment plan, how we would proceed and why certain recommendations were made. She also made it clear that if things looked different we could always pivot. The care is conservative which I appreciate. They kept saying my teeth were great, didn't need any work, cheap prices etc, however this past September 2024, things went downhill fast: The hygienist who "cleaned" my teeth, never scraped any plaque off of my teeth at all and did not floss teeth. Just polished. After my appointment I ended up with a severe infection in my gums 5 days later which I had to go somewhere else to diagnose. The gum pain was so bad I would cry anytime I had to eat. The hygienist was also extremely rude both on the day I was in office, and when I called for a follow up after my mouth was in pain. Ended up going somewhere else. CAN NOT RECOMMEND. Also they told me they took my insurance after I switched jobs and they didn't. So on top of terrible care they also billed me for my visit. I feel tricked because all of the reviews were great for this place. Zero stars if possible.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Forest Park Dental, where I was treated by Dr…read more Eric J. Aubert. I trusted this office because it came highly recommended, and as a Black-owned dental practice, I genuinely wanted to support them. Unfortunately, I now feel that the number of patients moving through the office was prioritized over the quality of each patient's care. Dr. Aubert completed my root canal and placed a crown on tooth #19. After the crown later came off, my new dentist examined the tooth and documented a thin layer of old cement, recurrent decay and soft dentin beneath the buildup, excess gutta-percha from the root canal, remnants of temporary filling material, and a cotton pellet still inside the tooth. The affected area reportedly extended beneath the buildup and was approximately seven millimeters deep. My new dentist had to remove the old buildup and decay, rebuild the core of my tooth with fiber-reinforced material, clean the crown, and cement it back into place. The prognosis for the tooth is now described as "guarded to good." I was also uncomfortable that someone who appeared to be a trainee performed part of my molding and crown-placement process, while the dentist mainly came in to examine the work. I cannot speak to the office's internal protocols, but patients should be clearly informed about who is treating them and receive honest explanations throughout every procedure. This experience taught me how difficult it can be to advocate for yourself when you do not understand dental terminology or procedures. Patients trust medical professionals to protect them--not to take advantage of what they do not know. I am sharing my experience because the outcome could have been much worse. I hope it encourages others to ask questions, request their records, and seek a second opinion when something does not feel right. I am incredibly grateful that I found Dental Partners of Creve Coeur. For the first time, a dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, show me what was happening, and correct the problems that were found. That honesty, patience, and transparency have made a life-changing difference for me.
