He went out of his way to adjust my training to be more boxing oriented after I expressed my interest in martial arts. Three weeks in and I'm already down 8 pounds. I started doing Brandon's IG workouts about 1 month ago through the referral of a friend. His workouts are exceptionally challenging and fun! Each workout is so thoughtfully mapped out. I love the combination of cardio + body weight training...and no workouts are ever the same (which I love). The best part? It's only 30 minutes! I started working out with Brandon last December. I had been out of shape and out of the gym for years! I started out about 20 lbs over my target weight and I couldn't even do a regular push up, had to start with a modified version due to my lack of strength. I have been working out with Brandon now for 7 months and my physical well being, strength, and overall health has improved greatly. I've known Brandon for years, so I already had some background with him, but never as a trainer. All I have to say is THANK YOU. After being out of the gym for so long and being nervous, afraid, and lacking confidence, he has really shown me that there is nothing to fear. I was only with him for 8 sessions, but I can totally see a difference both in my energy level and general physique. I was able to drop my body fat percentage down to 15% from 17%. Not to mention, I AM SO ADDICTED to fitness now. Often times, that's all I'm ever thinking about is, "Is it time to hit the gym yet?!" (kinda' like right now as I sit and drudge through work) He has instilled that motivation and driving force towards getting back into shape and getting fit and I can't thank him enough for it. Even during my bad days, he was there to keep me up and keep me going all the way towards the end. Most importantly, he knew where I was at, and knew how to approach the workouts at my level of fitness. With this approach, he was able to keep me injury-free.
