Disappointing lack of support, ignored messages, and zero medical empathy…read more I joined Carbon Fitness Method hopeful that they could help me safely lose weight following three past surgeries. As a nurse, I expected a health and wellness program tailored to healthcare workers to value client well-being and open communication, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. Six weeks into the 6-month program, I was informed I required an unexpected abdominal surgery that would strictly limit my exercise capabilities and dietary requirements. Following my coach's guidance, I reached out directly to management (Justin) to pause or cancel my program due to my medical restrictions and mounting medical bills. My message was read and completely ignored. Over the next month, I sent an email to customer support, messaged my coach again, and sent a final email demanding a resolution. Every single message was either left on read or ignored entirely. Because they completely stonewalled me, I was never even given the opportunity to provide medical documentation from my physician or work out a reasonable plan forward. While their service agreement strictly states "no refunds under any circumstances" (unless you complete 6 full months without losing weight), the main issue here is the complete lack of basic human decency and customer service. I was ghosted while being left paying through Affirm for a service I physically cannot participate in. Due to the total refusal to communicate and total neglect of client health emergencies, I am planning to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my state's Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I cannot recommend Carbon Fitness Method to fellow nurses or healthcare workers. When unpredictable health challenges arise, this company will tune you out and continue taking your money.

I've always stayed in good shape, my livelihood requires it but since covid I've felt myself slipping further and further away from the body I've always worked so hard to maintain. I realized over the years that my eating habits where directly tied to my emotional state. On days that I found myself not in the best of spirts coldstone became my "happy place". Living in NY, traveling for work, in and out of hotels and airports nutrition took a back seat and my meals became about convenience & comfort. Training at @ultimateperformancela over the past 12 weeks has taught me how to create healthy eating habits that are sustainable for a life on the go. Tracking my macros daily and knowing that they were being monitored by my trainers kept me accountable. Mohand Boudifa designed workouts that were intentional, intense, and impactful, always pushing me to my limits--even when my Taurus stubbornness pushed back! ‍ Thank you guy for being amazing trainer and incredible human! At 38, I feel like the best version of myself (thus far)--mind, body, and soul. Thank you @ultimateperformancela team for transforming my approach to fitness and nutrition. I started this journey weighing in at 188lbs & 31.8% body fat. Today I weigh 165lbs and 12% body fat. I look forward to continuing this #ultimatetransformation lifestyle!

I first came across UP through an Instagram ad, and then "randomly" heard about it again during a Glenn Powell interview I was watching on YouTube. That piqued my interest, so I reached out for more information. I received the details of the program, reviewed the options and rates--and honestly, never in my life did I think I'd commit to a fitness program like this. But it's worth every penny. My trainer, Mo Boudifa, has helped me not only transform my body but also regain mobility in my knees--something I thought I'd never get back. Mo is an exceptional trainer who genuinely cares about both your progress and your well-being. Everything you thought you knew about training and nutrition will be redefined for the better. If you have the means and the dedication to commit to what UP offers, just go for it. I'll be a client for life. Thank you, UP, for providing this incredible platform, and most of all, thank you Mo for helping me transform my body, my goals, and even shake off some bad habits. Cheers, Tashi

It's been almost half a year since working with Gavin. Before starting, my strength was pretty bad. I remember telling Gavin, that I just wanted to get my first pull-up. Yes.. the pull-up, probably the most basic movement. I tried for years, even did some traditional strength training in gym but never was able to do one. It lead to a lot of self-doubt, whether I ever be able to achieve one. Once I hopped on Gavin's coaching, I was able to achieve one within almost 3 months. Then that same week later, I was able to easily do 3 reps, then 5 reps, then 7 reps+. Yeah, I can't really this magic of how my reps improved so fast other than Gavin's magic. Besides pull up, I've made a lot of gains in my physique too. Without starting this coaching, I don't think I would have been so consistent and dedicated to my training and diet. There's just something with calisthenics that makes you want to get leaner so you can achieve certain skills faster. I'm the leanest I've ever been and strongest I've ever been. Gavin is a very supportive coach, each time I have doubts whether I can do it, he makes me believe in myself. Besides being supportive, Gavin is also quick to answer questions you have as well as any form issues. His coaching is very flexible and each weekly calls I've had with him, I learned a lot, both calisthenics as well as general fitness related topics. So if you ever want to defy gravity and do some stuff that makes people question reality, do calisthenics and in terms of coaching, Gavin is someone who not only can teach you it but, he can also do the skills he is teaching himself.

A Truly Exceptional Posture Fitness Expert…read more After breaking my tibia / fibula back in Oct '24, I lost a significant amount of muscle mass, strength and balance. My health insurance only covered once weekly PT sessions so it came to the point I had to take more control of my recovery. What a find Jesse was. I can confidently say that he is one of the most exceptional posture fitness professionals I've encountered. What sets him apart is his rare combination of analytical precision, deep expertise, and creative problem-solving. From the very first session, he approached my concerns not with a one-size-fits-all method, but with a detailed assessment that revealed patterns and imbalances I had never been made aware of before. Jesse has an intuitive understanding of body mechanics, and he's more than just a trainer, rather an educator. He explain the "why" behind every correction, which has helped me build awareness and apply what I've learned to daily life. I've noticed a dramatic improvement not only in my posture but also in my overall confidence, balance, strength and mobility. If you're looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also deeply committed to your progress, Jesse is the professional you want in your corner. Only wish I found him sooner.
