They were so patient when they built our pool fence! At first we did not want a pool fence, but with kids around the area we felt we needed it! We loved the color and how easy it is to remove the fence if needed! They have good customer service... I will have to post pictures of our pool fence soon! read more

After an absolutely traumatic event involving my grandson, I decided to install a pool fence. I wish I would have done sooner. Ryan and Dann installed an absolutely beautiful fence in just a few hours. They took such pride in their work. I'm extremely grateful to them both and already feel the peace of mind it brings. No matter how protective we are of our children, these little people are fearless and will absolutely find a way to explore and put themselves in danger. I am now living proof that these tragic accidents can happen to those of us that believe we are in total control of our children's safety. Thank you Ryan and Dann read more

I found them on the Pool Cover page. I requested a Quote and only a few minutes later I got a phone call from Morgan. He explained to me the process and the estimated Price. We then scheduled an appointment to which he was on time. We gave him the deposit and when the cover arrived at their store, Morgan called to schedule the install. He was very understanding when we had to push the install for 3 weeks due to vacation. When he came for the install, they where on time and very professional. To my surprise the final bill was less than he quoted. Now I have a great and safe Pool Cover. Thank you B Child Safe and Morgan for the great install. read more

B Child Safe - Fences & Gates Near Me

UPDATE: I ended up using guardian pool fencing. They provided a price nearly $400 less than these guys. Same material, same fence. They actually know how to talk to a customer and even provided a discounted rate on the fence my father in law got with them. Better service, super friendly guy came to give the quote, super friendly guy came and did installation, as it should be. Totally different experience than with b child safe. Job was done in a couple hours. Don't waste your time with this company. These guys are awful communicators, rude, unprofessional and I'd go so far as to say dishonest (in my experience). I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Morgan, who is Randy's son. Randy referred me to Morgan when I called. I was referred to them through the contractor who did my pool. Morgan drew up a rendition of how his design would look, never expressed any hesitancy in his ability to do what he was saying he would do. We agreed on the design and he left. A few days later he came by to collect the deposit, I didn't hear the door bell ring. I get a call and the person on the line says "hey, I'm here.". I had no idea who was calling so I asked who it was. He say's "it's Morgan". Far be it from me to expect a little more professionalism when calling especially since this was only the second time we'd ever spoken. I felt bad though for making him wait outside for 3 minutes, as I didn't hear the doorbell, so I let it go and didn't say anything. A couple days later my father in law told me he wanted a pool fence. I texted Morgan and asked if he provided any kind of discount for a referral and told him my FIL was looking for a fence. He texted me back and said "I already gave you the best price I can. After giving me the deposit is not the time to argue about the price." I wasn't arguing. It was just a simple question by me....Like I said though, unprofessional, rude. I called him and asked him if I did something to piss him off because this was now the second time he's been rude to me for no reason. I told him I didn't appreciate it. He said he wasn't trying to be rude, he just didn't do discounts because his business is word of mouth and it doesn't pay to offer discounts. That's a great response. He should have texted that in his first reply. Ultimately HE decided he didn't want to do my job anymore and I was glad. He said the job "gave him pause". When I asked what that meant he said he was hesitant from the beginning because of the type of pavers I have on my deck. He said there was a chance his design wouldn't be as good as he hoped and he wouldn't be able to stand behind it if there were any issues. He says he told me this when he was at my house. No he most certainly did not. Who would still pay $1200 for work when the person doing it feels he may not be able to stand by the final product? No one! That makes no sense. How dishonest! So he was going to do the job anyways, despite not feeling good about it? Wow. I told the contractor (family friend) about this...He won't refer them anymore. He's been referring customers to them for 10 years. My father in law won't use them and we didn't use them. So to Morgans point, that is how his business works, word of mouth. Maybe he'll wise up, but I doubt it. I called Randy (the owner) and left a message. He never called me back. Guess a lacadaisical drive for good business runs in the family. read more

I guess what they say is right, "you get what you pay for". The owner Randy, provided a cheaper quote than Guardian Fence, Randy uses All Safe, and the installation and location were wrong. He put a hole in our cinder block wall where he drilled incorrectly. He talked us into moving the location of the gate because he said it would be better than where we wanted it and then still put it wrong. He installed it on the skinniest part of the spa where it's difficult to go anywhere. When I called him before the holidays he said no problem call me after the holidays and I'll move it. Now when I call him he wants to charge me a 125 more dollars for his errors. I will show pictures if anybody wants to see. I would not recommend Randy at B Pool Safe, go with Guardian!!!! read more

Used them to install a fence at my pool. The owner is very reasonable with pricing and the installation was quick and complete. I highly recommend them for your pool safety needs around all of Southern California. read more

Randy installed my pool fence about three years ago and it's been perfect. Recently some of the fencing broke after multiple installations and then pulling it up to store. Morgan, Randy's son, is now running the company. I called Morgan who was prompt, called when he said he would, showed up on time, and fixed the fence for a very fair price. He even found some additional things that needed touch-up and did those at no additional charge. I highly recommend him if you need a pool fence read more

Just had our gate installed and it looks great. Morgan was straight forward and I think the price was reasonable. They worked quickly and took the time to answer questions. No high pressure sale tactics. Overall very pleased. read more

I used B child Safe which was a referral from our Pool man. Our grandchild just started walking and since we have her for the weekend at least once a month knew it was time for the pool fence. I did some research and found pool fencing ranges in price from $1,500 & up depending on what you want. Morgan from B Child Safe showed up on time showed us our options which is a 4 or 5 ft fence, colors and the design of the fence. We picked the 4ft which is high enough in Brown, 3 ft width from the pool, just enough to walk around and for our pool man to be able to work in there. Morgan does ask for a 50% deposit. If it wasn't for the referral I would have been a bit reluctant to do that but don't worry he is honorable. The day of installation Morgan and his fiancee Megan came on time. Very nice couple. It took them about 3 hours to install. Fencing looked great. Gate has a double lock, one with a key if you want it locked (we will do that when the grand daughter is over and the other it a top lock that you pull up to open. Morgan went over all the do's and don'ts with the fencing. Very informative. I would highly recommend this company. Oh the fencing is made in the USA which was very important to us. read more

You should choose these guys because they are on time, fast, and flexible. B Child Safe also has some different colors and options than the other companies we checked out. B Child Safe recommended the desert border for our yard and we were hesitant before we chose it because everyone else only offered black or gray but it looks fantastic! Also we had an idea in mind where we wanted the fence to go and they made it happen so we are overly satisfied with B Child Safe. read more

We used B Child Safe to put a safety fence around our new pool after we were informed by inspectors that new 2018 regulations required them. They were recommended to us by our pool contractor when the inspector gave a last minute directive to build the fence, which hadn't been required by the city on the original plans, citing that there were new building regulations in 2018. It was the last thing we needed before plastering and filling the pool and we were totally in a jam for time. Ryan and Veronica were on it, and they showed up within 24 hours to give us a quote. Their prices were great and they were able to schedule the work faster than any of the other companies. On top of that, they did copious amounts of research to make sure that they were completely up to date on all Los Angeles codes, many of which hadn't even been specified by the inspector. They completed the work quickly, neatly, and with creative solutions to handle some of our challenging property obstacles. Overall, we were very happy to work with B Child Safe and would recommend them highly!! read more
