She is knowledgeable, had great suggestions and has a no nonsense, down to business way or doing things. Her expertise was much appreciated. Now for the installation... The entire crew was professional, and had an extensive understanding on the process. The workmanship is outstanding! (There was a bit of a mix up having to do with the interior color of stain, but this was due to the staining process done prior to delivery and it did NOT have anything to do with the installation crew.) Sean was onsite and oversaw the crew. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. It was reassuring to have his skill and professional knowledge throughout the entire project. The rest of the crew, Ray, Jason, and Donald did a phenomenal job! Each and every one of them clearly take pride in what they do. They ensured each window and door was installed correctly and had a beautiful result! The excellent service didn't end when the project was over.
