There was no word on my car for over a week and when i called to ask for a rental they said it has to be looked at first. Why hasn't the car been looked at in over a week?! Now, about three weeks after it was towed, they finally called at about 9:00 AM today and said "you can come get it, it just needed a simple radiator fan replacement." I took the two hour drive down here expecting my car to be ready, now being 3:00 PM, and they say it's not going to be ready today. You're kidding. I never got a rental, we were never updated on the car, got more than one excuse, not reimbursed for the uber, and drove two hours down here just to wait for another two because they haven't even started on it. what ARE you doing Kia Bramlett?

Dropped car off, they didn't ask for anything except for owner name. No cell number. Nothing. I walked over to bbq joint got drink came straight back. 10 minutes total.went to waiting room where I set for 20 minutes. Jason Preuitt set across from me at his desk . Salesman sat behind him. His dad was also there I literally watched them pull my car in the shop. Jason still setting at his desk. They fix the problem and tell me it's not covered. Jason Preuitt said he looked for me and couldn't find me and i was in the same room as he was. So he made the call to fix it called me a liar because I didn't tell him I went to bbq joint. Regardless of I went there or not. He saw me in the waiting room but continued to fix car . He never said one word to me while in waiting room. I probably would have just let it go. Tuesday hubs decided he wanted to get rid of the Honda Civic. He said the car didn't have enough…read morehorsepower and didn't shoot snow out of the ac. He suggested we look at trucks. I wasn't sure about that but I agreed to go look. We went to the Honda dealer in Huntsville and he drove a Honda Ridgeline. The truck had a V6 and it felt like snow was coming out of the air conditioning. We left Honda and drove to Decatur to the Toyota dealer. Hubs drove a Tacoma and I did too. I hurt my knee getting in and out of the Tacoma and I didn't care for the ride. I told hubs let's go to Shottenkirk Honda in Decatur. We stopped by and I drove a Honda Ridgeline there. I liked the ride. The Ridgeline wasn't the color hubs wanted so we asked them to find a white truck with light interior. They located a vehicle and had it delivered Wednesday. We drove back Wednesday and purchased a white Honda Ridgeline. It's a beautiful truck. Our salesman, Kasten, did a great job. He made sure all the details were taken care of so that when we arrived, we were able to sign paperwork and leave with the truck. If you are looking for a Honda, please consider going to the dealer in Decatur. They provided us the best pricing!!!

I dislike this place terribly! We maintain our cars very well and every time we go there whether…read moreit's my car or my son's car on an occasion, you get a detailed inspection report adding hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for you to approve or deny. I recently took our Honda pilot in for service and they recommended $2100 worth of work. I looked at it and felt a lot of it was due because some of it was service date related. However, after scheduling this work, I take it in to get the work done and they do a new inspection report an offer me another couple thousand dollars worth of work to be done. So every time I go there, they add work on top of work at my expense. It just doesn't add up that when you take the car in for recommended work that you immediately get another report for recommended work. To me it feels like fear selling and I'm not gonna fall for that.
