IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I should not be responsible for the labor on a part that should never have failed already after only 1-1/2 years! I am a senior and live on a fixed income & i feel like I was scammed at this point! Convenient that the compressor fails after only 1-1/2 years & 6 months after the labor warranty expires!

They were great at calling to tell us they were going to be early, yes I couldn't believe it either that they were going to be early let alone show up at all since other plumbers we called didn't bother to call that they weren't coming. Youngberg's knew exactly what needed to be done. The technician was professional in his interactions with us, his attire, and work. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work completed. We also have had Youngberg's do furnace work for us in the past and they were just as professional as they were today. Give them a call if you want a job done correctly.

The lady behind the counter was short, snippy, went down the hall to tell another employee something who then looked at me and started laughing. The heater, a 325K BTU, is 14 feet in the air. I did the installation of it a few years ago. I just had my knee replaced and I was looking to hire someone who could help wire a new Thermostat cable that would accommodate a C wire. Someone that knew what they were doing. The entire cable is open in a metal building. I didn't want to have to climb the ladder and was will to pay a reasonable fee to have a "professional" do that. Instead, what I got was crappy customer service, people laughing at you and the btw we charge $215.00 per hour. Go somewhere else where the counter help at least is polite...and they appreciate your business.

I'm really disappointed in my service I received from Stan's Heating and Cooling. I had them come…read moreto service my pellet stove for the upcoming winter. They came in and charged me almost $400 for the service call. Last night was the very first time I started the stove since it was serviced, and it still makes a horrendous screeching racket every time it tries to feed. The service techs told me they had tightened something internally to address the problem, so I called them back this morning to tell them it's still making the racket, only to get a call back from a lady who explained to me that they had come out to "service" it, but what I now apparently need is "maintenance" so they want to charge me another $100 to come out again. Their warranty is only good for 30 days, although I had no need to start the stove until last night, so that '30 day warranty' is exactly like no warranty at all! I'm in my 70s, on a very limited income, and I feel like I'm getting ripped off. So, my advice is if you deal with these folks, don't count on their warranty and be prepared for premium prices for inferior work.
