I found this carpet cleaning business on Yelp and was fooled by the 5 stars. I needed my carpets cleaned and didn't give much thought to who would do it. When I called the man I spoke with was very short with me and my questions and gave me that feeling like he was doing me a favor by taking my business. I had a bad feeling but out of laziness I didn't call other places. I made an appointment for Monday at 3:30pm. The man I spoke with said they would call an hour before to confirm the appointment, probably around 2pm. I waited for the phone call and I heard nothing. I called them at 3pm and was rudely told they called at 1pm and I didn't answer, so they didn't come by. He said they didn't leave a voicemail. I explained that this was not the times we discussed, but he was rude and dismissive. When I asked what kind of business he was running he told me to go elsewhere and hung up on me. I guess that's what I get for not trusting my initial feeling of this business.

I had to come in and call back numerous times for an update because they forgot/lost my item. Now they're saying they sent them back with my fiancés worn uniform another time which isn't true. Would not recommend this place ever.
