I originally called and wanted to walk the facility to see what the kennel looked like to ensure I was comfortable with boarding my pups there. The facility appeared to be clean and up kept. We were not allowed to see the inside of the facilities but the staff were accommodating in sending us pictures so we could see. During my pups stay, we did not receive any phone calls or updates so we assumed they were happy and healthy. I would say that would be the only thing if we would receive updates via text or email that would have made me feel more assured but overall we were really happy with the process. Our dogs returned to us happy and didn't seem stressed whatsoever. We would definitely bring them back again. Thank you!!!

When our trip was unexpectedly extended an extra day, they were more than accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed for the extra day. I am extremely angry at the fact that the owner Megan thought it was acceptable to spray my child and his friend with a water bottle because they were too close to her 6 foot fence. If you have seen this location there are located at the intersection of two main streets. Cars and people are passing often I am sure. She made it her point to harass these boys who were outside with their foster puppy and his potential new owners trying to find him a new home. Apparently the boys were too close to her 6 foot fence and she decided to spray them with a water bottle like they were dogs. When I called her about it she tried to justify her actions. If they were adults I am sure she would not have done this. I plan to stand in the same location and see if she sprays me, an adult. She made a stupid decision she could not own up to. I hope people think twice before frequenting her business as her attitude is disappointing for someone who works with animals. GROSS! Also I see how she replies to reviews she doesn't agree with so I can only imagine the response to this but you are aware of what you did Megan and an apology at a minimal is due. I understand what it is like to be a business owner and to make a stupid choice but you own up to it and take accountability period.

Which we are very proud of him . Anyways we needed to go out of town and it was kinda last minute we called setup a meet and greet. All our dogs liked her even my neurotic loudmouth Beagle, especially our kitty. She was great sent us updates to ease our minds at each visit.
