Horrible service. Unprofessional team. Arrogant Owner. They know nothing about boats and can't fix them properly. We wasted time and money with B and L Marine. Stay away from them!!!! I took my boat to them to replace the motor. They put a brand new motor which broke the next day after less than 10 min use. Took it back for the second repair. The same thing. It broke again. When I finally got the boat back I noticed that they broke the pump and oil pressure guage while trying to fix the engine. They aslo damaged the carburator and were not able to repair it. I have phoned this business for a variety of reasons pertaining to a possibility of a sale or just a question. On all occasions the staff or it could have very well been the owner spoke to me as though I was a nuisance and was bothering him. Omg what a horrible place to do business!!! I have never been ripped off so badly or treated so poorly. The rude owner and his ignorant wife have clearly been at it way too long and need to sell the business. I went in to get a simple problem fixed on my boat and had to wait for the owner and his wife to stop argueing in front of me before I could get some service. They spent 5 minutes on my boat and charged $125.00 because they have a minimum charge on all services (which I found out after the fact, when I was there to pick up my boat). If you want to be ripped off and treated horrible, then B&L Marine is the place for you! If not, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! read more

Called to ask for a part and the whoever was on the phone was super rude and unhelpful.Its almost like he couldn't be bothered to help a customer?Not quite sure how this place is even in business still with the way they treat people?Don't waste your time with these clowns take your money elsewhere to someone that can be professional! read more
