Only a few feet are on outside wall. He suggested to have line in poly tube over cooper and we agreed. The company was to have someone come out to do so. After months of no call I called beginning of March 2026 asking what happened, we need it fixed and wanted someone to do so. Schedule only allowed for two weeks out approximately. Scheduled and blocked day off. Now today plumber comes out and it's the original man who can't do any work due to injury. so he calls office and now they want to schedule it out again. Incompetence of this company is ridiculous. We had 3 other jobs we needed done too and they will not get the work. Time to find a reliable plumber.
