Human missed request that had to be repeated, human missed drink orders and made excuses to why they weren't timely. When bringing requested extra plates to the table there was a greasy substance still on the plate. Though other tables received their drinks that arrived after us, it just didn't seem right. Let's go further , the food was received cold and not warm to touch. The drinks never arrived and waitress never noticed , though we pointed out to her and others. Well after requesting a box for leftovers , that was hard to get from the waitress. It was almost comical that nearly every aspect of this visit was a terrible experience. We were from out of town and shocked a business could run as this was. We asked for the manager and was told she was on Vacation. Then told the owner was coming over from another restaurant they own.
