I ASKED U CHANGED OR BROKE SENOR!I KNEW he change sensor i knew he changed it because it was a different color of valve stem and notice my wheel lug was broken too!HE SAID OH YESTERDAY WHEN U CAME IT BROKE! NEVER TOLD ME IT WAS BROKE TILL I TOLD HIM THE NEXT DAY he change my senor free of charge "they broke it" he said "must of stoped working when i put in water to check for leaks"but the wheel lug is still now broken! now i got find a mechanic to install a wheel stud(if clearance possible) or get a new wheel bearning

Came in for noise coming from the tire and to have a new sensor replaced. Waited for 3hours to have…read moreit fixed. Told them I had to be out to pick up my child from school and they made it clear I would b out b4 then. End up being late to the school and left with the tire still making noise (which I didn't hear right away... was probably a few days later I noticed). I went to another tire place to get the tire replaced. Told them about the noise and they pulled out the old tpms sensor and showed me that a regular valve stem was used. Came back to Bill Day (which I've used for years and have throughly trusted with all of our cars up UNTIL NOW)... I showed them the sensor. They show in the computer that they did a "flat repair"... which is NOT what I asked for and didn't need a flat repaired. So if they did said repair?... why didn't they find the noise that I heard in the tire and pull that loose sensor out that was floating and then to put a regular valve stem in....? I got NO apology and not even compensation for my time or paying for something that I didn't ask for. I end up paying for the sensor I originally asked for the 1st time... I asked to at least get the amount off from what I was charged for the 3 HOUR wait for the "flat repair" that wasn't done... they denied to give me a minimum of that. .... IF you go here.... DOUBLE Check their work unless you want to have to pay to get it fixed AGAIN!!!!! Very disappointed and also quite pissed about the level of care and customer service has went down from the place our whole family trusted to take care of our vehicles. Would NO LONGER recommend!!!

I went today to have my tires rotated. I had to have two new tires put on in January this year…read more2024. I only have 7,000 miles on them. I have two other tires on the front that only have 33,000 on them. All tires are Michelin 80,000 mile warranty . They said I should keep the newer tires on the back. Which is ok then. But here they are trying to justify that my tires are wearing on the front and back. But the wear on them is even. I always have my front and back alignment done. I'm just so upset they try to talk me into buying tires I don't need. Just because I'm an elderly woman , I hate being taken advantages of. I'm pretty upset over this and I've been a loyal customer.
