My friend went into this shop today to get a tire changed over to a spare rim. She asked up front…read morewhat was the charge and was told at first it was $7.50 but when she went to pay it was $15. When she inquired as to why such a high price, the owner totally and unnecessarily went off on her. Not only was his tone of voice derogatory in what he said, but his whole attitude was like he treated her like she was trash. Stating that he knew her "kind". He even told her not to come back anymore. Thus effectively treating her with such disrespect, that a white gentlemen behind her apologized for him telling her that he hoped she had a better day. She did not raise her voice nor was she belligerent in her request. So why this treatment? If anyone was to go into this shop, be aware that you too may become a victim of the same treatment.

They would also do other car diagnostics (air filter, tire stuff, fluids) & state inspections. I like to leave the car there & walk to some place nearby for a drink or something. Fun side-story: I have a seatbelt cover in the drivers seat that looks like a stuffed animal version of Donatello (from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", the purple one). It's a great conversation-starter with one of the guys who works there. So I get to have my car maintenance done, as well as get to "talk Turtles" with someone while there!

He even spent quite a bit of time helping me diagnose an issue I was having which finally turned out to be a problem with my phone.
