In today's world, being a female and taking your car in for work has put me in the position, more often than not, to be taken advantage of and cheated on a very large scale. I experienced the exact opposite for the first time in my 60 years in this world. He advised me of what HE would do were it his vehicle and he took care of all the needs of my car while in his shop instead Of sending me running all over the city. I am a single female that was to be traveling over many states alone. I have traveled over 3 states now in a car that I feel safe in due to his exam and repair of my car. I would drive as far as necessary to put my car back in their hands. They are a business at the top of their game in honesty, service and reliability . Thank you Steve's, from the bottom of my heart.

By the time I got to Grease Monkey it was smoking from under the fender. The manager and the mechanics saw it. Later stated need to take it to ford dealer. Tow the car to dealer. Mechanic work on it replace couple of things and then finally master cylinder. Brakes work well. Took the master cylinder back to Grease Monkey, long story short. Talk with manager and she said she isn't looking for them to give me the refund on-master cylinder. Talk about it; while talking with her, she was lying to me. I don't like to be lied to and taking advantage off. They had no intention to give me the refund, and they will find excuses not to. I would advise not to go Grease Monkey for service. --- Update - This is not the impression we want to leave, Shirley. Trust and integrity are important to us. It has been over a month and have not heard from her. Send another message to get an update on the investigation and still have not hear from Stacy. Goes to show you they have no intention to do anything about it. I don't like to be ugly or mean about it, but when they say are going to do something and don't give you an answer then you know they have intention to do anything about it....Just don't want anybody go through what I have been through. You can't trust anybody anymore. That is ashamed.
