Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. When I called to book the appointment, the gentleman on the phone told me that the area rug would be extra - I couldn't understand why he couldn't just count that as the fifth room. I agreed to pay the extra. The guy who came out was running late but called me to warn me of this, which I appreciated. He worked so hard and was extremely thorough. He even helped my husband move a couple of pieces of furniture since I am pregnant and could not. I liked that there wasn't a chemical smell to my carpets when he was done - they just smelled fresh and clean. I will be using them again but will probably not buy the Groupon since their actual prices are the same as (or possibly even better) than the Groupon price.
