They got here fast, fixed the leak, and charged me a reasonable rate. Look, nobody wants to call the plumber, but if you do have to have some work done get these guys to do it. Horrible Horrible Horrible!! This company came to fix a garden tub faucet and did not know the name…read moreof the part I needed to order, so he could fix. I asked him to take a picture of the part, as it was under my bathroom cabinet and I could not see or access it. Man kept looking at his phone to check the time and complained about the time he had already spent assessing my tub and made angry gestures about helping get me a picture. I called his the owner, Jason, while Keith was still here and he siad he would try to figure out what the part was. I decided to order a whole new deck to cover any and all pieces. Jason said for me to get the piece and that he would have someone come back and fix it for no charge, as I had already paid one warranty fee. Said he would call me back the next morning to get me scheduled. Never heard fom him. Called him a couple days later and said he was on a demo job but may come by that afternoon but if not, then definitely on Monday (3 days later). Keith came back and said he could't repair because it was too much work and warranty denied my initial claim. Now all of a sudden there is a leak under my tub.. While he was here, his boss was on line. I asked him why in the world he can't fix and he told me he "I thought you needed a sink faucet repaired!!! WTH!!! I told them both they were not on my level and kicked Keith out the house!! Do not call these people. They do not carefully asess the issue. Instead, they want you to diagnose the problem and know your plumbing parts.

We had Shaun back for another project, but this time it was a whole home remodel. New master…read morebathroom, closet, and bedroom, brand new kitchen, and each room had new flooring, paint, light fixtures, and closet remodel. Basically no room was untouched on a 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. We brought Shaun on again and went over everything we wanted to have done, what our budget was, and our timeline for moving in. Not once did Shaun hesitate about any of it. As a matter of fact, he took it upon himself personally as a challenge to accommodate all of our wishes. It was an insane amount of work and coordination that faced him in the coming months. Needless to say, he handled it amazingly. He was always proving us updates, statuses of trades, and moving the project along. He also plays a very good marriage counselor when my wife and I went with him to Lowe's, Home Depot, Emser Tile, Expo Granite, and everywhere else we had to go to pick out items for the house. The compromise was real, but Shaun also gave great ideas to help provide a middle ground for both of us. What was also nice is he would tell us "Hey, I've done that before and it doesn't look good, do this instead" and he was right. It was refreshing to have someone who was that trustworthy helping us with this huge house experience. He went above and beyond what we had hoped he would do, and always championed for us to have the best stuff at the best price. His work and the subcontractors he hires do amazing work, and the attention to detail is what brought us back to him also. He's a great contractor, a great person, and we have definitely made a friend for life. If future projects come about he will definitely be back for more!
