I asked him to take a picture of the part, as it was under my bathroom cabinet and I could not see or access it. Man kept looking at his phone to check the time and complained about the time he had already spent assessing my tub and made angry gestures about helping get me a picture. I called his the owner, Jason, while Keith was still here and he siad he would try to figure out what the part was. I decided to order a whole new deck to cover any and all pieces. Jason said for me to get the piece and that he would have someone come back and fix it for no charge, as I had already paid one warranty fee. Said he would call me back the next morning to get me scheduled. Never heard fom him. Called him a couple days later and said he was on a demo job but may come by that afternoon but if not, then definitely on Monday (3 days later). Keith came back and said he could't repair because it was too much work and warranty denied my initial claim. Now all of a sudden there is a leak under my tub.. While he was here, his boss was on line. I asked him why in the world he can't fix and he told me he "I thought you needed a sink faucet repaired!!! WTH!!! I told them both they were not on my level and kicked Keith out the house!! Do not call these people. They do not carefully asess the issue. Instead, they want you to diagnose the problem and know your plumbing parts.

Unfortunately we have to keep using them due to our home warranty, but we've had to reopen the claim three times because they will fix it for a couple hours to a couple days. Their customer service is the worst, scheduling appointments is a nightmare. Any time we called to make an appointment they would say they were booked for the week and refused to schedule us for the next week. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company! I did regrettably did business with Billy's Plumbing back in June. They told me my water softener…read morewas broken which we need because we are on a well system. He unhooked the water softener and i paid him 6000 dollars for a water softener and installation neither of which were ever received. The softener is necessary as we have a well and the water has heavy sulfur content. So now my kids have been having to bath in dirty water which I made the company aware of which didn't prompt any more urgency at all. On top of all this i had to contact the company that built my water softener and they said it wasn't broken in the first place but sitting and not being hooked up has caused it to need parts replaced so now that has costed me another 800 dollars. I'm just glad i didn't pay to replace the water heater and well pump like he said i should. We found out those were both fine as well. We have currently sent him an official letter to give him one last chance to remedy this before I am forced to sue him. I will leave an update once i get resolution. I would strongly urge people to avoid working with these people. It really hurts when you trust someone like that.
