They were supposed to have arrived between 10A and Noon all 3 days during the job. They arrived after 2P on the first two days of the job. The first day their excuse was that their truck broke down. The second day their excuse was that they had to go to Home Depot to pick up needed supplies. On the third day, they arrived after 3P with no reason given. On the day of "completion," they worked after 10P, with their only source of light being flashlights. The following day, we had rain with some wind. Part of the roof blew off because the skylights were not bolted down and the roof panels were not installed evenly. The door was uneven and the shutters fell off. The interior shelves were not installed evenly. There are numerous other numerous issues with the quality of the work. We called and texted Handy Panda numerous times, and never received a reply. The customer service messenger on the website was broken. Finally I drove to Handy Panda's office with photos and a written list of the issues, and they promised to do a follow-up visit to inspect their work. They never showed up and have made no further attempts to contact me to resolve this issue. In my experience, do NOT hire Handy Panda. They are inconsiderate to their customers and do shoddy work.

I responded that I was not there and to let them know the appointment was between 12:00 to 2:00 and since they did not show until 2:19 I was not able to wait. Needless to say, if you knew you were going to be late, a call or a text prior to that time would have been sufficient to retain my interest. Having said that, this is no way to run a business. This is a different world today. People don't understand punctuality. My time is invaluable and I don't appreciate wasting my time waiting on others

First the technician spent 2 hrs outside claiming that he could fix the problem that way. When that didn't work, he then had to do a much more expensive job where he removed the toilet and tried pumping from inside. that worked for a few days however the exact same issues happened just a few days later. Now, I was told that the job was under warranty and that if we had ANY issues to call them back and they would fix them right away. I called, and was immediately told we'd be charged again. Apparently, only the resetting of the toilet was under warranty. According to the man I spoke to (Steve) "anyone could just throw something in the toilet and clog it up again" My wife and I live alone with no children. No one threw anything in the toilet other than tissue and waste. Once again, do not hire Pride Plumbing unless you want to be lied to, and have the exact same issues pop up again in a few days, where they will try to charge you again.
