They're very nice and professional people and easy to work with n they even did the roofing on my shop and cookout area and theyre very trustworthy and I had no problem leaving them at my property to work and if by chance they needed to borrow a tool to do roofing or clean up they always made sure you got it right back when they finished using it or when they left for the day and sorry this is a little late guys but I've had several family losses since y'all replaced my roof.keep doing a great job and always be safe from Robert e Kirven jr darlington sc

I live in Marion, SC. We had a tornado in Marion recently. We had some minor damage to our roof…read more We called a roofing company we had used before, but they did not call us back. I remembered I had a business card in my purse that I had picked up at a local restaurant. We called American Top Gun Roofing. They were at our house within 20 minutes. They got on the roof to check out the damage. When they came down, they discussed the damage with my husband and gave him an estimate to do the repairs. They went and picked up the materials needed for the job. They were back within 30 minutes and did the required work in an hour. My husband used to own a roofing company so he was able to look at their work. He said they did excellent work. They were professional and their pricing was reasonable. We were thrilled. We will not hesitate to call them again. They also do pressure washing. Linda G

Being new to the area, I tried to support local businesses. Hiring Handy Panda was NOT a good idea…read more It was supposed to have been a 3-day job. They were supposed to have arrived between 10A and Noon all 3 days during the job. They arrived after 2P on the first two days of the job. The first day their excuse was that their truck broke down. The second day their excuse was that they had to go to Home Depot to pick up needed supplies. On the third day, they arrived after 3P with no reason given. On the day of "completion," they worked after 10P, with their only source of light being flashlights. The following day, we had rain with some wind. Part of the roof blew off because the skylights were not bolted down and the roof panels were not installed evenly. The door was uneven and the shutters fell off. The interior shelves were not installed evenly. There are numerous other numerous issues with the quality of the work. We called and texted Handy Panda numerous times, and never received a reply. The customer service messenger on the website was broken. Finally I drove to Handy Panda's office with photos and a written list of the issues, and they promised to do a follow-up visit to inspect their work. They never showed up and have made no further attempts to contact me to resolve this issue. In my experience, do NOT hire Handy Panda. They are inconsiderate to their customers and do shoddy work.

Minutes later I received a text back saying they were in route. I responded that I was not there and to let them know the appointment was between 12:00 to 2:00 and since they did not show until 2:19 I was not able to wait. Needless to say, if you knew you were going to be late, a call or a text prior to that time would have been sufficient to retain my interest. Having said that, this is no way to run a business. This is a different world today. People don't understand punctuality. My time is invaluable and I don't appreciate wasting my time waiting on others
