First American just finished the second major project in our home ... Installed @2100 sq ft of engineered hardwood ... an outstanding job! The floors look amazing! They did the complete install, underlayment, flooring and quarter round & caulking. The price was reasonable and I trusted their work & professionalism from their first project. I would recommend First American for any job in your hone (or mine again)! read more

So, I wanted a unique bathroom redesign that mimicked some things I had seen at restaurants and bars. Called many vendors and was given a very decent quote by First American. About 3 weeks later I had the "sports bar" feeling bathroom that I desired, beer shelf above the toilet, recessed TV area, and a classy tile floor. These guys did wonderful work, quickly and at a reasonable price. read more

This is a follow up review to my initial criticism for a bumpy start. The owner has a lot of irons in the fire, being a one or two man operation. But I admired his work ethic once he fully engaged with the work. First American ended up doing a good job refinishing a small living room floor. They knew what they were doing, were knowledgeable about the best products to use and offered suggestions along the way. It was professionally done and I am well pleased. I do recommend First American. read more

Our 16-year-old HVAC system failed last Sunday during the Heat Warning. Certified H&A provided an…read moreestimate Monday afternoon, beating two other companies by more than $2000.00! They completed the installation Wednesday afternoon, amazingly fast! The other two companies that gave us bids couldn't even get the unit to Fayetteville until Friday for install the following week! Everyone we dealt with was a total professional--Chris who provided the estimate, Reggie & AD who installed our unit (and spent an extra hour rebuilding our natural gas lines that have evolved into a mess as we add gas appliances through the years, no additional cost), and their supervisor, Blake! We highly recommend checking with them when it's time for a new HVAC or just routine service. And, they even give you a $100 bonus future referrals! We love this company, so glad we found them!

We had a great experience with them last fall for our winter maintenance, wish I could say the same…read morethis year. They have no-showed on two different occasions. After the first no-show I called and the gal confirmed the man that was supposed to come quit with no notice. Giving the company the benefit of doubt I rescheduled, although their first next available appointment was 4 weeks later. Yesterday the appointment came and went and again no one showed up. I called to try to confirm an arrival window and later to figure out what was going on and the entire day the phone had a busy signal like it was off the hook. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere with my business. I will also add that Certified was the company used to install our two furnaces in a new build house less than a year and a half ago. I've been less than impressed with our furnaces. The upstairs is currently 62 while the heat is set to 67.

Roof was completely completed in 2 days by the nicest, most courteous crew you can image.
