Review of CertaPro Painters - Fayetteville, NC 24-25 & 28…read moreApril 2025 I recently had the pleasure of working with CertaPro Painters in Fayetteville, NC, for a complete home exterior painting project, and I am thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. CertaPro's preparation process was meticulous and set the stage for a flawless outcome. They began with a thorough pressure washing of "ALL" entire exterior areas to be painted, ensuring a clean surface for optimal paint adhesion. Their team also took great care in masking and taping all surfaces to prevent any overspray or damage to non-painted areas. This level of preparation gave me confidence that my home was in capable hands. The painting crew was equally impressive. They were courteous, highly skilled, and meticulous in their work. Every spray & stroke of the airless sprayer; brush & roller was applied with precision, resulting in a smooth, professional finish. Their paint crew manger is outstanding and goes above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the job, and they maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the project. Another standout aspect of CertaPro's service was their emphasis on using high-quality, long-lasting paint. They took the time to explain the benefits of investing in premium paint, which not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides superior long-term durability and protection against mold; mildew & the elements. Paint Used: Sherwin-Williams Duration Premium Exterior Coating is formulated with PermaLast® technology and infused with advanced acrylic co-polymers for long-lasting performance. Duration is a self-priming exterior acrylic latex and provides a mildew-resistance coating. This choice ensures that the results will stand the test of time, saving money on future maintenance and repainting. Overall, I highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Fayetteville, NC, for all your painting needs & for their outstanding preparation, skilled and professional crew, and commitment to using top-tier materials. Note: They do offer $200 monetary incentives for referrals for both parties and a 10% discount for your future painting projects. I'm definitely hoping mine comes through with contractual agreements.
