I text Hugo a photo of the chairs and he sent me a quote and instructions on how much fabric would be needed the same day. Hugo provided the foam, and we dropped off the chairs and fabric on a Tuesday. The chairs were completed by Sunday. They are beautifully done and I felt that the cost was more than fair and a great value. We would definitely enlist Hugo's help again whenever we next have upholstery needs.

I have a matching one in black lacquer so when he said he would paint it black I thought he meant to match the other. A flat paint was used and no lacquer finish. I placed a lamp atop and the lamp left an intéressions so obviously it was not thoroughly dry. He charged me $150 to ruin an upscale piece of furniture. I would not use him again for furniture restoration however I still am happy with my upholstery items.
