This is a warranty repair. I call weekly to the manufacturer and this business. No one ever knows anything, they have no updates. All their comercial customers are taken care of ahead of me. I spoke to Caleb today and he told me all warranty jobs take THREE MONTHS. I am 70 years old and cut my .27 acre property every week. It has now not been cut for 4 weeks and no one cares. NEVER, if you are an individual, go to this company for repairs of any small engine. Maybe if I were younger and and a man my equipment would have been repaired long ago.

MacAbee charged her $72. *Thankfully* they told her they couldn't (or wouldn't) do the same for another similar but non-Stihl leaf blower which also needed service. She found Small Engine Solutions who performed the exact same repair and only charged her $20. We will certainly recommend anyone we know who needs such service and doesn't want to get ripped off go to Small Engine Solutions. Note: this company is new and therefore didn't have their website up & running at the time of this review. They purchased the old business at their location for years known as Weed Whackers.

Was very good to work with, and ultimately I felt like they were truly trying to earn my business. I hope if there are any issues with the mower that I will receive the same service and response time as I did with the purchase process. They really did make it go very smoothly. A little miscommunication around the delivery date, but we resolved that issue quickly. Would definitely recommend, and I will be returning for future purchases. Thanks

This where I discovered Five Forks Mower which was located not far from my home. From the first day I entered their businesss they greeted me and began answering my questions regarding their inventory of mowers. To make a log story short I ended up purchasing a new mower from them of 09/02/2026. They conducted an overview of the mower before and after the delivery of the mower and stressed that I should feel free to come by or call them if I had any questions or concerns. I was so impressed by their staff, I also had them repair a Stihl Kombi unit that was not working properly. This repair was completed in several days and for a reasonable price. I would Like to commend Melissa, Randy, Katie, Ricky and the remainder of their staff for their professional and knowledgeable assistance. I could not recommend this business enough for people who need quality mowers, power equipment and repairs.

The Cub Cadet lawn mower would not start so I texted Bo Mayfield with my requirements for repair…read moreand service. Bo said I need a new battery which he removed and said I could buy it? I bought a new one and was unable to get it in as the wire holding would not move out of the way. I had requested a new air filter which he did not replace (very dirty). I texted him and begrudging he did come back and loosened the wire and said he replaced the air filter. He did not replace the filter he cleaned the sponge cover. The bottom line, he left me without a running mower. Bo charged me $330.00 which I calculated $300.00 profit. He asked for cash this way I had no record or no way to make him accountable. I do not trust him to service my mower and I sent it to a Cub Cadet representative and had it serviced which cost me twice for the same service Bo had charged. I sent him a text saying "SHAME ON YOU". Geneva
