The new manager agreed he would come to my yard personally and handle it himself. He guaranteed me that he was a n the way to my house. Unfortunately, when he arrived at security gate he refused to show his license or credentials. I called him and he agreed to visit the other gate the same day, unfortunately he was having a diabetic attack. He ate and never called me back like he said. I called back and he was whining about invasion of privacy with the security at the back gate. He said we only do houses that are easily accessible. Are you kidding me??? It's a security gate they check who is coming in the neighborhood. He scammed me out of 179 & 64 dollars. I have filed with the consumer fraud protection bureau. Stay away from this scam!!Also they refused to give me a diagnosis of my yard like originally agreed, before they were suppose to do work. They are incompetent, it took 15 phone calls and a review before they have some incompetent person responding to the yelp review.

He did. He made sure it was gone very quickly. One spot still had a little bit. I sent him a text and he came out that day and treated that spot. 2019 my Lawn was gorgeous. I love my lawn. I mow it several times a week. I spend a lot of money on it, and about 10 hours a week taking care of it. Fast Forward to 2020. My lawn started out not looking so great. I gave it time and love for a few months with no real improvement. June rolled around and I finally reached out saying something needed to be done. Todd came out and did a soil sample and mailed it off. While waiting for the results to come back, they came and did a normal treatment that killed parts of my whole lawn (pictures attached.) It has been over 30 days and the spots are still here. The results finally came back, they reached out letting me know they ordered a special product to put on my lawn to help it. Weeks went by and they never came and put it on. I finally reached out asking about it, I was promised they would come apply it the following week. They did not. All of 2020 my lawn has looked terrible. After I finally reached out letting them know I was not happy nothing had been done to fix it for 2 months. I had enough and let them go. The response I got was "Hopefully the next company can respond on your timeline" My timeline was realistic and generous.
