I finally got a hold of them and was told that they had rescheduled me for the next day but no one ever confirmed that. The two man crew were both Hispanic and only one of the spoke broken English. I showed them how to access my water. I have sprinklers hooked up through my outdoor faucets and showed them how to turn it on and off. One guy crawled up on my roof with the hose and squirted it into the gutters. They were done in 30 minutes. They didn't tell me anything about what they found or make any recommendations. They just left. First good rain water was pouring out of my gutters just like they had before the work was done. I emailed to company and sent pictures showing how much water was spilling out of the gutters and how little was coming out of the actual downspout. I got a call from the person who scheduled the crew who was really rude about me sending pictures to her boss. She agreed to send her crew back. They were about an hour and a half late arriving (at the end of the day). They again crawled up on my roof with a hose. When they finally looked up into the gutters they found roofing shingles and debris and cleared it out. This should have been done on their original visit. I did get that gutter cleared but I'm not sure what kind of job they did on my other gutters. When they accessed my hose they stripped a splitter that I have hooked up which had to be replaced. They also did not clean up the area on my driveway before they left. I would not recommend using APS Professional Window and Gutter Cleaning.

Also, they are hard to get a receipt from for the services provided. Third, our gutters weren't cleaned. At all. My husband got on the roof 3 or 4 weeks after being "cleaned out" to only find that our gutters were completely full and had water in them. They were never cleaned out. I tried calling them about it. However, I had to leave a voicemail and am currently waiting on a call back. Do NOT use this company!! They may offer discounts but you'll lose money in the process and still have clogged gutters.
