Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. Mr. Reilly diagnosed the problem as a leaky housing, which costs almost as much as a new washer. He advised against repairing it. While he was here I asked him to replace the belt on my clothes washer. It wasn't spinning up to speed like it should. On examination, the old belt was starting to fail at the splice, so it was replaced. Now my clothes dry in half the time. Service was excellent. Calls were answered. Questions were answered.
