    I just moved out 10/3/25, when I first moved in I was told in between each tenant they replace the…read morecarpets, because they're a pet friendly complex, and paint because they offer an accent wall so they do it regardless. Well add all that to the pile of lies this management tells people to get them to sign. I'm paying $60 for nail holes I could have just done myself and $270 for a new carpet. Renter beware! I was there one year and this was consistently my experience: The pet area was hardly ever manicured, so it gets infested with flees easily (they'll blame the dogs digging). The gates malfunction basically weekly so you're either trapped in/out or they're just left open. Same with the pedestrian gates. The water feature in the lake stopped working for months (was still broken when I left) so the water just sat there rotting and started to smell. People stopped picking up after their dogs in several areas and nothing was done about it. This past summer the pool was open regardless of several health and safety violations, so the FD showed up midday to shut it down (suspiciously opened like a day later). The amount of bugs I had in my apartment on the THIRD floor was puzzling. Forget 24 hours notice for entering your apartment, several (at least 3 I know of) tenants experienced maintenance men using their key and just walking into their homes while they were home! I was completely disappointed in every aspect of this apartment complex, and they couldn't even separate gracefully. I don't love being 'that person' to leave a negative review, but after I received my bill today (10/27/25) less than one month from move out from COLLECTIONS no less (they didn't even send an original to me?? I have perfect credit?? In this economy?! Plz.) I genuinely feel the need to protect people from this place. There are WAY better less expensive places than this establishment. Absolutely disappointed and happy to be out of there!

    Honest Tenant Review Venice Isles Luxury Apartments,…read moreVenice, FL We've lived at Venice Isles for two years, always paying rent in full and on time. We expected a level of comfort and service consistent with what was advertised -- unfortunately, the reality has been far from it. Here are just some of the long-standing and unresolved issues we've experienced: The pool has been closed for half the summer, after also being unavailable for several weeks in spring -- one of the key amenities we relied on when renewing our lease. The sinks in the community restroom have been out of order for over a year. Wi-Fi in the resident workspace has been non-functional for over three months, making the space unusable. After Hurricane Milton in October 2024, the mulch in front of our unit was never replaced, leaving our patio covered daily in sand and dirt, with outdoor furniture constantly soiled. The recycling program was discontinued, which is very important to our large family. Pet waste is not regularly removed from the lawns, making it unsafe for children to play outside. We've found rodent droppings on our patio on multiple occasions. A particularly serious issue is the constant turnover in management: new staff arrive every 1-2 months, and no one stays long enough to follow through on open issues. Some managers genuinely try to improve things and work late hours -- often unpaid -- but their hands seem tied by the system. When it came time to renew our lease, my verbal and written questions went unanswered, and I was essentially pressured into signing a renewal without ever receiving clear updated terms or explanations. We tried to resolve all concerns amicably and repeatedly: in-person visits, emails, and written notices -- all with no lasting results. Every complaint gets lost in the shuffle of new personnel. This review is not written out of anger, but out of necessity -- to warn future tenants and hopefully prompt meaningful change. Housing is not just about walls; it's about safety, cleanliness, and basic respect for residents. We're still waiting for that here.

The service portal used to be a good resource to request maintenance, now the requests seem to go unanswered. The last management allowed rude office staff to hang up on residents or blame issues on everything but themselves or the apartment complex. Luxury is lacking as there are not enough parking spaces, leaving cars illegally parked everywhere, including In Front of garages which preventing the entrance/exit for the residents who pay extra for those garages. The strong odor of weed smoking wafts through the complex even though the management mass texts everyone that there will be consequences if any smoking on the apartment grounds occurs. The concierge garbage rules are no longer followed by residents who leave leaking and over flowing bags of trash outside their apartment doors in the hallways. And... the evictions that occur monthly, cause the dumping of an apartments contents to be the first thing you see when you pull into the complex (near the dumpster) I truly hope that the latest management staff can provide the "luxury" services that the residents pay for each month. It is a shame that mismanagement has plagued Venice Isles since it is a great location and the apartments have good layouts
