I can tell you that not only are they the best at what they do, but it also helps to deal w/ genuine people who actually care about their craft, and get the job done right. From being on time to explaining in detail everything they were going to do, it was the smoothest transition dealing with the situation at hand. I don't understand how they don't have any reviews yet. Their craftsmanship is by far the best I have seen in the northeast. They ripped out our whole front and shared steps in a Mayfair row home. Built a new retaining wall and installed steps and also new concrete out in the back drive. If you are looking for concrete work to be done look no further than Luigi and Gabriele. We have recently moved and our realtor couldn't believe all the compliments we were receiving on our brand new front. We even had people knock on our door and ask who we used to get it done. Thanks again Luigi!!

This company is under criminal investigation--and for good reason…read more We are taking legal action after my mother was scammed out of $700 by someone representing this business. She was emailed directly by a woman affiliated with the company who requested payment via Venmo. After the payment was sent--using the exact information provided in that email--the same person denied ever sharing a Venmo account and claimed they never received anything. We contacted the police immediately, and after reviewing the evidence, they confirmed this situation is highly suspicious and likely fraudulent. A formal investigation is underway. This business is not trustworthy. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal hassle--go anywhere else.

They came out and gave me an estimate for cleaning the gutters and replacing one joint. The estimate was more than expected, but everything is these days, so I said sure let's go ahead. They said it would be two weeks, but it was closer to four. When they were done, they had neglected to put the cages over the downspouts. When I called them and told them this, they said they had forgotten to put that in the estimate and it would be $100 more for them to come out and install the cages. I was not happy about that because I had asked for it to be included and was told it would be included. The guy said he understood and would see if he could give me a better price. Now I got the new estimate and it's $150, for something that was supposed to have been included in the original estimate. Not good.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding--the finished concrete looks excellent, with clean lines, a smooth finish, and great durability. They took pride in their work and made sure everything was done properly and cleaned up before leaving. It's refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality concrete work and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

They do all sorts of handyman work in and outside the house.

I saw this service off of Yelp, and decided to try them out for requesting an estimate. When I…read morefirst made an appointment, the person was going to be late and my schedule was jam packed. I ended up deciding to cancel that appointment and made another one. On my second request, I initially said "any time on a particular Friday." They gave me a range of 9-11 AM on a Sat and I asked if they could come in at 9 AM and they said yes. They ended up coming in right before 11 AM. So, I can understand that I needed to try to pick a time interval to be available rather than a time, okay. I gave them some stars for working with me and being professional for the in-person estimate itself. I was then told that I would receive an estimate over the phone in the same day some hours later. I requested by e-mail instead and was told that this was fine. During a time period of two weeks and two days after that, I had made three phone calls. I left voice mails twice and got through one time, the 2nd time I believe. I was told that the estimate was mixed up with something else and that it would be coming out. I'm not sure if they want to work with me or not, but at least it would be nice to let me know that instead of running me around. For potentially big jobs, my reasonable concern of not being able to receive an estimate by e-mail (or snail mail physical copy) makes me feel like there would be a he-said-she-said dynamic if I went for this. For smaller jobs, it isn't such a big loss and they seem like they do good work from the other reviews and my interaction with the attendant during the estimate. They may not be the most pronounced with their words, but I was willing to consider them with the other good reviews and them being local to me. With the lack of an estimate by e-mail, it made me wonder if the company or someone in the company has a PA license number. I would like to presume yes, but I couldn't find one personally based on company name. I know the search engine isn't the best if you don't have the actual license number to look up. If there are any updates/changes to this review or if it's proper for me to write another review as I can't update this one after about a month, then I will do so. I've strongly considered and tried to rate my experience as fairly as possible, and I really feel that Sunny's services could've done much better with their interactions in working with me after the estimate was completed.
