I am a patient person, even beyond understanding person, but twice I have been in there with my sister and I have recieved the worst service I have ever experienced. I work in retail myself and I know what it can be like, but this is no excuse for their poor services they provide. First off I have to say, I'm a curvacious girl. Ideally I can not shop in their because their clothes don't fit me, I mostly go in their for my sisters sake. My sister is serving in the Navy, the other day she had only been home for day, mind you she had been traveling two days half way across the world and had been out on ship for 3 months (If you serve in the navy and do sea duty you know what that is like, if you don't let's just say it's exhausting and takes a lot on you.) My sister was going to stock up on clothes for her next deployment, no one greeted us, when she came to the dressing room with all her clothes to try on they had the expression they were upset they'd have to put it away (they weren't even busy). My sister grabbed her first batch of clothes she wanted and asked to have them all held at the counter so we could keep shopping. After our second batch was ready to check out, they put away all her clothes and only had one shirt saved. They did offer to help, but spent more time trying to figure who it was that did it instead of trying to help find the clothes. They grabbed as much as we could, we were tired, and past the point of giving a damn. Every time I go in there every girl who is working there gives judgemental looks, if you're bigger, or maybe not dressed to the nines. My sister dropped close to $500 which would be a good sale to me. She even said she went in there by herself one time and they wouldn't help her, they made her go out to get her own clothes to exchange sizes. They were maybe a 2 on nice from a scale 1-5. I don't recommend shopping in there, if you want afforadable cute clothes yes, but if you want good customer service don't count on getting even a simple greeting of "hello". Unless you want to wear your best outfit, do your hair, and makeup to get noticed. My sister works hard for her money, serving for our country, and they push her aside under the rug as if she wasn't even worth their time. Instead they stand behind the counter just talking about what they did that weekend and filing their nails. read more
