He knows what he is doing and was very nice while at the same time taking care of me. Now it has been over 20 years since I had a CB so I took "today's CB" radio in for some education and knowledge. He also came out to my truck and set my "SWRs" which is CB talk for tuning your CB for the best output and performance. They are open 7 days a week but nights only from about 7pm to midnight. 007 is pretty reasonable too. I highly recommend him.

He never asked to see it, and took out a paper to look something up then told me they'd have to send it out and it would cost $450. I was very discouraged and decided to come by uBrakiFix as a last resort hoping they could do something. The young man at the counter took one look at my iPad, and said he knew exactly what was wrong, and went behind a wall to fix it. Came back and it was good to go! Turns out a piece of a charger had come off in the port and it just needed to be cleaned out. I was so grateful I was like "take my money!!!" Lol. Anyhow, I will not be going back to Best Buy. I grabbed information on their coverage plan. They had us take the Xbox to the store where their advanced repairs are handled and fixed it properly at no additional charge. They also assured me that they would be training staff better so as not to improperly blame customers for damages. Original review: About three months ago, they "repaired" my son's Xbox by replacing the HDMI port. Unfortunately, they failed to secure the port. The reason I know this is that when it failed again and we took it back for repair under their warranty, they claimed that the port was "ripped off the motherboard." After receiving the Xbox from them the first time, we exercised the UTMOST care with that port and didn't even move the console after plugging it in. The only way that port could have been ripped off the motherboard is if it hadn't been secured properly in the first place.

First person Stacy tells me to get the part number and I have another call come in and ask if she'll hold a few seconds while i tell them I'll call back. literally 10 seconds later she's hung up on me. I explain that the part number I read off we've been waiting for and SHE changes the whole story to 'we never sell parts'.
