Sarah was not professional and found us a inspector that we hired and didn't see the foundation problem and the extensive wood rot around chimney. The house had hard wood floors put in to hide the sagging and slopped floors. I thought you hire a realtor to help and protect you from these incidents. Buying a house in the biggest or one of the biggest decisions one can make and didn't know you have to get a back ground check on your realtor. Very disappointed and want to sue and see that Sarah Corliss never does this again. I should of known when she only wanted to use her friends instead of a professional inspector or structural engineer.

The employee there Frankie then was trying to tell us that the rent on the house was short over $400. But really she had an extra $433.33 in rent from all of us because people were still living in the house and on a lease to pay and my other roommate and I had paid in advance. After arguing with me about it over text, she finally just said: "I'm not at my ledger". I asked her to email a copy of it. She sends me a copy of it with a reply later that It had errors and here is a new one. A super sketchy start, since she tried. After that, she was pretty rude over text, probably doesn't even know what a "California lifestyle" is... oh oh oh but get this.... they mailed my deposit to the house I rented from them...... Yes, I live there still that is why I am getting my security deposit back.

He was ON IT & worked with very little direction setting up tables, preparing appetizers, cooking almost all of our meat on the grill, refilling drinks, etc. Honestly, he was so freaking awesome! Fire alarms turned out not to be wired to any electrical system, just hung there for show; if there had been a fire, people might have died because the alarms would not have sounded. If her idea of management means neglect and disavowing responsibility for the actions of the people she hires, then I would stay far away from this company. Integrity is everything.
