I would strongly advise anybody needing plastic surgery near Mobile to look somewhere else first. This doctor is impossible to deal with.

Dr. Park is phenomenal. Last year, I had a breast augmentation with another surgeon and long story…read moreshort, I was left with unsatisfactory results and a lot of pain. A friend had recently used Dr. Park and suggested I see him for a consult. I knew before the consult was even over that he was perfect for me. He took time to listen to my concerns. He asked about my likes and dislikes, and then gave me some options and suggestions. He didn't rush through anything, and made sure I understood everything involved with the procedure. He has a passion for what he does, and it shows. The day of surgery, he was running behind due to complications with a patient before me. He came in and apologized, saying he takes his time and gets it perfect. I got the same treatment. My surgery should have been 3 hours (breast lift and implant exchange - I went smaller) but took 5 hours. He told my husband this was due to the repairs he had to make once he was in there. My husband said he even personally called that night to check in and see how I was doing. I am about 5 months post-op right now, and today's checkup was regarding a knot I have. As usual, Dr. Park did an exam, discussed his thoughts with me and made sure to explain it in detail and in a way I understood it. (No big medical terms that leave you walking out confused.) He also has a podcast that I listen to. It's very informative about different types of surgeries, as well as other procedures like botox, fillers, and the other services he provides at his office. I highly recommend seeking out a consult with Dr. Park if you're interested in making some changes or refreshers. He is very soft-spoken and kind, and I felt completely comfortable with him immediately. His staff is excellent and very friendly as well.

I had sinus surgery, performed by Dr. Harrison, just recently. If you are considering using him…read morefor this procedure, I should warn you ahead of time. To begin with, don't expect a good bedside manner from him. After seeing him a total of 4 times, the fifth time I went to see him, he couldn't even remember when I had surgery or what I was allergic to - I guess because he couldn't bother to look at my chart before he entered the room. Instead, I had to answer the same questions I had answered every other time I had seen him. Don't expect him to be honest about what to expect from this procedure, either. He told me I would be "uncomfortable" for 3 days after the surgery, and then I would be fine. That was not true. When I was being wheeled in to the operating room, one of the nurses told my husband it was one of the most painful surgeries around, and she wasn't fibbing. He will not give you any indication of what to expect while recovering, either. You will be spending lots of time rinsing your sinuses, using nasal saline, and taking other medications. Neither he or his staff will prepare you for all the aftercare procedures. He also has a bad habit of expecting you to read his mind. For instance, the paperwork he sent home with us said to rinse my sinuses at least twice a day. So, I did it three times a day. When I returned for my first visit after surgery, he accused my husband and I of lying - that I had not been rinsing. When we insisted I had, 3 times a day, he proceeded to inform us that that wasn't enough - we should have been doing it much more often - 6 or 8 times a day! I guess telling us late is better than not telling us at all. Also, I would avoid having the surgery on Friday. He has his practice take his calls on the weekends, and they don't have a clue. I'm giving him 2 stars instead of one because I think his surgical skills are good. The rest, however, needs improvement.

KAREN was the person who did my chemical peel & ultimately lied from start to finish.. she said those "white marks" that you see on my face where perfectly normal when as you can see by the pictures i have posted below they were in fact an indication that my skin was being chemically burned.. i am so saddened & disappointed by this.. worst experience of my life & i have had a plethora of chemical peels, none of which have EVER burned me or left scarring.. i told her i had 2 major events to attend, a wedding this upcoming weekend & a concert next weekend & after i emailed them these same pictures Karen called me & told me that these were not chemical burns it was normal & that her & her nurse practitioner looked over it.. i could not believe my ears! im so sad with these results i don't even want to go anymore & to add insult to injury i sent these pictures in hoping to find some sort of solution but i was only met with a phone call from KAREN in which she spoke to me in a completely insensitive & condescending tone telling me "her & a nurse practitioner" looked over it & determined it wasn't a burn.. i told her you know what if that's what kind of corporation/business they are then it's very disappointing & saddens me that they could ruin a client's experience that way & do absolutely nothing to make it right.. i went to them to gain confidence & left feeling worse than when i walked in.. i can't even describe how upset i am behind this.. terrible company & people behind it. nothing in life is perfect but the lack of accountability behind their mistake is truly mind blowing. DO NOT do business here. another side note that i noticed, i went in with a $175 coupon that i showed her & she told me it was $200 when the coupon clearly stated it was valid til mid April.. i didn't argue, thought it was weird but i paid it anyway. shady, terrible company. they do NOT care about clients or experience, only financial profits. if i could give this place negative stars by how they handled this situation.. i would do it expeditiously.

I had double jaw surgery a few years ago to fix a skeletal underbite. Afterwards, I still had a soft tissue deficiency and hanging skin under my chin from my jaw being moved back. Dr. Martin fixed it, at what I consider to be an extremely reasonable price, and I had almost no downtime. Since then, I've also had him do some light fillers to help round our my proportions from the soft tissue deficiencies in my mid-face area and have started doing Dysport in my forehead. I can't imagine going to anyone else or trusting someone the way I trust him. Edit to say that I've also always been treated very well by all of the staff from the receptionists, to the nurses, and so on. They've always gone above and beyond for me.
