Extremely disappointed with the lack of organization. No coaches for the first game, schedule…read morechanges after the season started, strange weeks off but scheduled to play on holiday weekends. I wouldn't recommend this league for volleyball. Hopefully they do better with other sports.

I would highly suggest that you choose a different program for your children. We tried out i9 for…read morethe first time. We selected Thunderbird Park in Scottsdale. Day 1 of the season arrived and our child's team did not have a coach. No one was there to provide direction or address the situation. We continued to not have an assigned coach for the majority of the season, so we essentially paid almost $160 to go to a public park and watch kids run around in the grass. There were some weeks that the coaches on staff would help out (and they were super nice), but they did not do this consistently. The kids were supposed to get a medal for a different value each week, but that only happened for like 2 of the weeks since we didn't have a coach. They were supposed to have a team name and a group picture on picture day, but that also didn't happen since we didn't have a coach. These issue were brought to the attention of the staff multiple times. At this point, only 2-3 kids were showing up for our child's team - which was understandable given the experience. The owner finally came to speak to the parents when the season was almost complete. He told myself and another parent to send him an email so he could "make it right." Conveniently, that was the same week that they were advertising signups for the next season. Based on our chat, we did reluctantly register our son for the next season. However, the owner never responded to my email after multiple attempts of reaching out, and we grew more concerned that we would have the same experience in the new season. Finally, he responded to my email stating that this program "wasn't a good fit for me" and he cancelled our registration for the next season. He completely ignored the issues with the current season, didn't give a refund for the terrible experience, and (most importantly) didn't offer any reassurance that we would actually have a coach for the future season. If coaches have not been secured, then the leagues/seasons should be cancelled (or parents should at least be made aware/given the option - OR coaches on staff should be assigned to cover every game). So overall, the owner was unprofessional and more concerned about profit than the experience of his customers and their children.
