The prices are fair; a classic facial is $85, blackhead extraction is $15, and eyebrow wax and tint is $45. My classic facial (50 mins) included multiple cleanses, an exfoliate, a mask, facial massage, neck massage, enzyme liquid, toner, ice treatment, moisturizer, and lip balm. She used a strong suction machine for my nose blackheads and also did some manual extractions. They worked really well! She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and checked in on me for every application. I love the way my eyebrows turned out! It was my first time getting a tint so I was nervous about the results but it honestly looks SO GOOD. It looks like I applied makeup. I love waking up with already done eyebrows! One more step I don't have to worry about when I do my makeup:) I love how passionate she is about her job, and I enjoyed our conversation during our session. She even texted me product recommendations so I can start a nice facial routine for my skin. I can't wait to start :) Overall, I definitely recommend this place! The conduct of several staff members was entirely inappropriate and caused me significant distress. Shortly after I was seated, I was subjected to repeated and unwelcome attention from multiple staff members. Their behavior included deliberately leaning in and making inappropriate eye contact directed upwards, as well as bending down in an intrusive manner, appearing to attempt to smell me my attire I am wearing a dress. Despite my clear verbal requests for them to cease their actions, explicitly stating that their behavior was making me extremely uncomfortable, they provided no verbal response. Instead, they continued to approach and observe me, often laughing, which further exacerbated my discomfort and created an intensely unsettling environment. Their disregard for my repeated pleas and their persistent inappropriate actions were incomprehensible and deeply unprofessional. I have documented this entire interaction, including the staff's conduct and my attempts to address the situation, via video recording. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I am profoundly disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism and basic respect demonstrated by your employees. I expect this serious matter to be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate measures taken to ensure such an incident does not reoccur. Please inform me of the steps your management team will be taking to address this critical issue. PS they also tired to over charge me in price but I had to show them that gel was 15 not 20.

He says no, I'll do yours first. I said "no she is getting impatient, let's just paint hers for her bday and I'll come back." He says NO. As I'm leaving I said "I called specifically asking about her nails because it's her birthday and she wanted them paint and you said we took to long and would do mine but not hers. In fact, I took my daughter here approximately three weeks ago for her very first pedicure, and she loved it! Kathy did my daughter's pedicure, and Ty did mine. They both came from a different salon across the street, and I'm so glad they did because they're kind, cheerful, and funny. Also, Ty gives the BEST massages. I work on my feet for anywhere between 10-12 hours a day, and I need someone strong to get the blood flowing back into my feet and legs. My nail polish always lasts long enough before my next visit, and I really love coming in and watching the waterfall or talking with my stylists. Also, getting an eye brow wax here is very quick and easy. Is it a little pricey? Sure, but it's worth it to me every single time.
