Recently, I had a Check Engine light, and my tractor was in limp mode. Now, I live in Southern CA. So I contacted Trinity Equipment, a KIOTI 5 Paws dealer (top tier), and tried to get them to look at my tractor. The only thing that Jorge was interested in, was, "where did you buy your tractor?" I asked why it mattered, but he didn't give me a reason. As soon as Jorge found out that I bought my tractor from another dealer, I was told that it would be at least 2 to 3 weeks before he could "squeeze me in". Additionally, I was told that I would have to pay $125 per hour for the diagnosis, up front, and "if" KIOTI approved the repairs, we could move forward under warranty. Really Trinity? So, I called Mark (service manager) at Team Tractor in Phoenix, Az. Team Tractor is in the middle of their move into their beautiful new facility, and things were a bit chaotic there. Even with this going on, Mark told me to bring my tractor in. So, I drove all the way to Phoenix the next day. When I got there, Mark dropped everything he was doing, and immediately started diagnosing my problem. 40 minutes later, my tractor was fixed, and I was on my way. I want to thank Mark and the entire Team Tractor staff for their service after the sale that is above and beyond any reasonable expectations. If you are looking to buy, service, of just shop tractors, Team Tractor is the best. Trinity on the other hand? Shame on you guys. If Trinity was the only KIOTI dealer in the U.S. I would sell my KIOTI before I would attempt to do business with Jorge at Trinity. Thank you, thank you, thank you Team Tractor!

When I showed up with a 1 7/8" Ball hitch, they said, "nope, cant use that one, it has to be 2". I had to go get one and they end up charging me for their "wait time". Their driver had no problem sitting in his truck doing absolutely nothing until we had a specific size ball hitch. He wouldnt unhook the lift, set it up, nothing..... until it arrived. When we came back, he didnt even bother to check if we got the right size, he just proceeded to unhook the lift. Look at their past reviews.....just find another rental company.

My friend said he can tow it, so I made reservation for Steve to hold it for ($50), which was about 2 1/2 hours prior to closing the day before, and said that it's not refundable. The next morning (10AM) I went to pick it up, and I can sense already a rude behavior from this guy (Steve) with my 1 yr old daughter in my hand. He seen my buddy show up with his truck, and said this truck is not qualified for the trailer I had put on hold. So I ask if he had another trailer that would work, he said he did but he will keep the $50 since I decided to change trailers. Total BS, especially since I was a first time customer there, and definitely was my last time getting anything from there. He could have easily waved it and give my money back. But if this is how he treads first time customers especially since it was a sincere (not fake) mistake. My friend that has been going there for some time, was pretty disappointed in Steve as well, and even he said not sure what this dudes problem was. Just simply rude and I will let my folks know to avoid this place. And again, I do get it that it's a business, but this is not how I would tread my (especially) 1st time customers. I also had spoken to him 3 times the day before, so he knew I wanted to do it correctly in trying to get the correct Truck. It's not about the $50 that I writing this review about, It's about treating your especially 1st time customers with respect, and you want them to come back. The way Steve handled this situation I will give him an F. Since I won't be returning to do any business with him. And of course out of an perfect book of excuses he pulled the (someone came at 9 am and tried to rent it but it was put on hold for me so he couldn't rent it out). Meanwhile has 3 sitting in the lot.
