I agreed to have another treatment at a discounted price. I then left and went to Nebraska for the summer. I called the office and asked about receiving a refund so I could get treatment there. I was told I had a $1700.00 balance. I was never told they would subtract the bonus dollars from my refund. If I had been told, then I would have left the funds. I had to contact them at least 4 times to get the refund. I finally received a check for over $800.00 less than I had been told with zero explanation. I contacted them immediately to find out what had happened and was told the accounting manager would contact me. I called several more times and emailed at least twice. Finally, after getting very upset he called me and explained that their policy was to keep the credits. After explaining that I had NEVER been made aware of this, and after a very heated discussion he told me he would talk to the Dr McCoy. He NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I TRIED TO FILE A CHARGEBACK HOWEVER IT HAS BEEN TOO LONG. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! SOMEWHERE WHO LOOKS OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST.
