As a newbie to any permanent makeup and a tattoo, microblading virgin, I was understandably nervous . There was timely communication from first contact to appointment to confirmation. I knew exactly what to expect with masking and sanitation protocols for our safety throughout. Jane calmed my anxiety by explaining the entire process and each step as she artfully, safely, patiently and with the expertise of a professional in her craft since 1994, executed gorgeous, natural looking brows for me. She started like a Dr with medical history paperwork, taking my whole of humanity into consideration prior to getting into the meat and potatoes of the procedure which I appreciated! Jane assessed my face/canvas and drew what she believed would be beautiful for my structure and let me see for agreement. We proceeded to the microblading process and I feel it couldn't have gone better with knowing which parts would be painful vs rest breaks and the tlc I felt from Jane considering all my allergies and well being. I'm thrilled with the result and excited to see how the artfully crafted brows will look after healed. I had overplucked them in the past and they were uneven and thinned out. Penciling them in hasn't always produced an even well manicured effect. Embarrassing at times. Those worries are now over. I'd definitely recommend Jane as a real trained professional in this industry over a fad instagram star. She has an abundance of personality and whimsical charm. I canceled my eyeliner touch up appointment because you have no business doing permanent make-up on people's faces. You have no idea what you're doing and I had to have your crooked, uneven lines redone. There was no amount of touch up you could have done to correct your work. You're correct, you're not a magician but your also not a very good technician. Also you stated that you could not get me numb and that was why your work is uneven but how is it that I went to an actual permanent makeup artist and she got me completely numb in a whole different process than you did. Numbing eye drops like you used on me is the incorrect process. There is a reason you don't have actual photos of your work and most of your work is stock photo images of permanent makeup. You also over charge for the horrible work that you do. I was able to find someone with a beautiful, comfortable, clean studio and an incredible portfolio that did a fabulous job and was still $200 less than your chop shop and yes I did block you because I didn't need your harassing phone calls regarding my truthful review that I left you. I'm so lucky my eyes are not permanently marked with your shoddy work. You can use any excuse you'd like for how my eyes turned out but after having your work corrected, I know what the experience is really supposed to be like and the services you provided to me were nowhere close.
