It was more than enough food. The Sabich looked beautiful and whatever magic they did to the aubergine was fantaaaaastic. They were crunchy and wonderful. The falafel were also beautifully done and came with a side of wonderful sauce that I can't remember the name of now. I was also really impressed with the hummus trio. All three were very different and large portions. I kept picking a new favourite, it was hard to choose. We got beet, mango, and I think the regular. For this workstation, they have the soup where you can pick either small or large and also select if you just want chicken, or tofu or prawns or a combination. There are vegetables as well. They also have veggie or chicken curry over rice. My husband got the mozzarella tomato basil (caprese) sandwich. You can also watch he chefs make rosti (potato dish similar to Spanish torta), cinnamon rolls and other stuff. They have a salad station, coffee, snacks and dessert station, among other things.
